I think that Chloe was spooked because she knew about Renee having a breakdown. She knew that Renee had gone through a lot and after what she did to Wilson I think that she scares Chloe a little bit. Chloe may also be doubting the idea of bringing Renee back in (like Jack) because she is worried that she is unstable (and i agree i mean come on she cut his hand off!)
