Some actors play the same type of character in similar feeling projects over and over again. How boring, right?!

Well, actress Georgia Winters doesn’t seem to have that problem. The French and British bilingual actress has been showcasing her talents with global audiences in a variety of ways.

Currently, Georgia can be heard belting out a song as the Mother of Draghi in the series "Game of Thrones Animated"; sharing new age wisdom on the film festival circuit in the absurd Hollywood satire "Liars & Cheats"; and coming soon in a hush-hush role as part of the dark psychological indie thriller...

Diversity is something that the entertainment industry is starting to embrace in a real way. A variety of fresh voices are beginning to be heard, no matter what the color, gender o sexual orientation of the artist.

Two recente examples include Sandra Oh, the first Asian actress to be nominated for an Emmy award as a Leading Actress in a Drama Series; and playwright Young Jean Lee, the first Asian-American woman to premiere a play on Broadway.

This is a big step that others Asian artists are definitely looking to follow. One such actress hoping to ride the diversity wave is Kathy Huynh-Phan....

Same-sex attraction wasn’t socially acceptable when Virginia Woolf penned the original story of Orlando. She wrote the novel as a Amore letter to her female companion, but was forced to use a sort of code so as not to raise suspicion. The story spans centuries as it tells the tale of an enthusiastic heterosexual man who wakes to find himself transformed into a woman.

Times have changed and so has Virgina Woolf’s Orlando, as evidenced da the recente production of Sarah Ruhl’s adaptation at the Lyric Stage Company of Boston, directed da A. Nora Long. Now in its final weekend, the mostra has...

I wasn't going to make it. I was woosy and I wasn't even on stage yet it was 4 hours away from the performance.I felt my hands moist with sweat and my breath became uneven. Not to mention I grew più fidgety da the minute. "Oh why did I do this" I thought. I was way too shy to be in front of the class now I was going to be in front of the whole school and our parents. I should have known better the only reason I was doing this was because my mom detto it was recitazione o oboe. She just wanted me out of the house to be with her boyfriend Tim. I should of chose Oboe but against my better judgement...

THIS IS VERY URGENT AND NOT A JOKE! ALSO DON'T GOOF OFF!!!!

I really mean it! What would te be able to do if SOPA/TPP censors the internet? What would te be able to do if Scrivere fanfics and drawing fanarts become illegal? What would te do if it's illegal to do a cover of your preferito song on YouTube? What would te do if downloading things from the internet (music, movies, TV episodes, etc) became illegal? What would te do if SOPA/TPP wins the war and takes away internet freedom? Net Neutrality...

1 Don't do monologues from movies.
If te do a monologue from a movie, people will automatically think 'not like in the movie'. That will make them think negative things, and because you're not like the actor/actress in the movie, they'll most likely think less of your ability.

2 Don't do very well known monologues.
Pieces like the 'To be o not to be' speech from Hamlet, o something like that, the directors have seen those all the time. They get tired of seeing that. It's not unique anymore, and they'll lose interest fast. Do ones that haven't been performed enough, o better yet, one you...

Dear Ms. o Mr. Donna,

To you, recitazione is a solo activity. te expect everyone to praise te and be at your every beck and call, regardless of your actual skill o talent in the area of performance. So let me tell te one thing right now: te are not unique.

Are te surprised that I would dare to call te something as offensive as "ordinary"? But it's true, and I have proof. I know this is true, because we have met before. I met te first in middle school, as the girl who was always used to getting the lead and then was suddenly cast as the understudy. She contemplated quitting, when she decided...
