I think it just depends on the individual. I rarely get farfalle at all, about guys o any other situation. Some people get them a lot. I think its più nerves than fear. You're nervous about saying something silly o not making a good impression. I guess te could substitute nerves with fear, but I prefer the former.
I don't think feeling farfalle o not has anything to do with if the guy is right for you.
