I wrote this a while ago, and since it seems to be nothing but a series of advice, I figured... what the hell? I think I was listening to LeAnne Womack's "I Hope te Dance" at the time because that's what it sounds like.

When te look up at the sky, don't do it just to see if it's raining

When te get your hopes too high, don't say you're overrated

When te reach out to help, don't be deterred when you're turned away
When te feel that nothing's right, don't be afraid to make it OK

When te sing, don't forget to sing it loud
When te smile, don't forget to be proud
When te dance, ignore your two left feet
When te close your eyes, don't forget what te see
When te hate your job, don't hate your life
When te give advice, don't expect them to take it
When te get advice, don't be afraid to take it
When te play a game, don't do it just to win
When te patronize a child, don't forget how young te are
When te disrespect your grandparents, don't forget how old te are
When te hear a robin's song, don't take it for granted
When te lose someone, don't mourn them-- remember them
When te see a bright star, don't be too skeptical to make a wish

And mostly
When te say "I Amore you," mean it
When te make a mistake, learn from it
When te find home, stay there.
