Why does the mad hatter dance so wierdly at the end? and why does alice do it to?

That dance is the futterwacken, a dance of great joy. The hatter did this dance because he was really happy that the red Queen no longer ruled Underland, and he is really good at it. I Amore his dance. Alice did it because everyone was telling her she had to be proper, so she was just mostrare that she didn't have to listen to them da doing something different.
