Please note that i watched Cry/Cryaotic's Plathrough of this game,so my discussion is based on his decisions throughout.Oh boy...me starting reactions on Life is Strange and i make it on Episode 3 instead of the first,well there's a reason for that and now we're going to explore! whoop-dee-doo! :D
Busting into School at night- Well at first I was being skeptical about this,since y'know...breaking into school property,but remembering Kate's death in the last episode...well,i'm up for it now! It's a good thing that Chloe's "step-douche" as she calls him,presumably 'helped' her get spare keys to the school. At first I thought it was her step-dad she was talking about but if i remember right,she also had a step-brother...or not. I don't really remember much from the precedente episodes since it's been so long. Anyway, they break in but the door to the Principals office is locked,so making use of Max's time powers they make the lock explode,go back in time and simultaneously get in and open it from the inside since time only moves around Max and not her with it. They do some file searching and goofing around but the decision that got me off was that when te found some cash-not just any randomly laying cash,but funds for the handicapped,and we get to decide to either keep it o leave it alone...that's when i almost yelled at my screen for Cry to leave it alone,i mean c'mon! I ain't stealing funds for the handicapped,that's wrong! But sadly,Cry decided to be take it anyway...and i guess he didn't regret it eventually since it proved useful.
After celebrating for the 'bonus',Chloe decides that she and Max should go to the school pool and i was like "No,man! We're going to get caught! Let's just scram!" But that's not an option since we do go to the pool anyway,but we do get some bonding time so it's fine i guess...[Skip-a-roo!]

Busting David!- Oh yeaaaah! I've been waiting for this! So we sneaked-or Max did-in David's (Chloe's step-dad) box auto, garage the successivo morning after we slept over Chloe's house,escaping the security back at campus and got some files regarding Kate,Frank and Rachel Amber. We try to tell Chloe but then David comes home and talks about the incident at the school,somehow a fight starts in the family when Chloe finally mentions about the surveillance cameras all over the house,and then we are dato an option to either side with David o with Chloe,but of course,already going this far we chose Chloe (obviously) so payback! woo! This is for Kate(also)!!! On a side note,Joyce (Chloe's mom) gave us a picture of young Max and Chloe back before Chloe's dad died...that's kinda sad,i mean to see how much Chloe has changed since then. :[

Second meet up with Frank...and Pompidou- Where we spill his beans (literally) and sneaks into his RV! Oh,and talk with Nathan...haha! te got what te deserved,boy! Okay,another decision time after snatching Frank's keys and this time...throw the bone at the road to kill Frank's dog o throw is in the parking lot so he lives...of course we let Pompidou live! I ain't killing a dog too! Especially after we found out that Frank saved some Cani and kept him as his best friend...nuh-uh will me (and Cry) let the dog die,nope.
Alright,with the doggie out of the way,we get into the RV and get some info on Rachel and Frank...actually being più than friends,wuuuuut? And so the drama starts...Chloe gets upset,we get out of the RV and drive away on Chloe's truck,all while Max tries to calm her down since she started on how bad her life is. She drops us off in school and Max goes back to her dorm room looking at the picture of her and Chloe,and with her current emotions...she was able to go back to that day,years fa and change fate...literally! That had my mind blown! She made the future change too! Bad o Good? I'd say both...alright theories time.
Frank and Pompidou

Time Powers in Anime have always fascinated me,since they can create their own theories based on what they do with it...and me subsequently have to think about them to figure it out. Kurumi from data A Live uses her powers so that the her from another timeline could kill her present self whenever she empathizes (sorta) with Shido and not stray from her objective. Akemi Homura from Madoka Magica uses her powers to replay the mese before Walpurgisnatch so that she can save Madoka and even the other Magical girls from dying,and she kept doing that countless times even as she saw all of them die in front of her eyes in all those timelines. I would also say that with To the Moon o with Bioshock but they're sorta different...Anyway,now starts my reactions to the fan theories about this Episode that i found in the te Tube comments.
But first,let's talk about the name of this episode...Chaos Theory. The definition of Chaos Theory is this: Chaos theory is a field of study in mathematics which studies the behavior of dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions—a response popularly referred to as the farfalla effect
In chaos theory, the farfalla effect is the sensitive dependence on initial conditions in which a small change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state.
To put it simply,it means that even the smallest change could make a drastic outcome for the future...exactly what this episode has shown. In the ending,Max was able to go back in time to the giorno William (Chloe's dad) died in a car crash when he was going to pick Joyce up from her job,should she let her dad die,the outcome would be her current timeline; William dies,Chloe gets emotionally scarred and becomes a rebellious punk,Joyce remarries...etc. However,what happens if she doesn't let William die? That was something the game inevitably wanted us to find out...*sigh* so what happens is that Max ha rubato, stola William's car keys and threw it out so that he won't be able to use the car and get into an accident,instead make him go to the bus to pick up his wife,so the crisis is avoided...William lives,Chloe gets to stay her happy self,Joyce never remarried...it all sounded simple,right? Wrong.
You're talking about spazio and Time here...there's always something wrong. Everything after that event changes,not just with Chloe but also with the people around her,and on this timeline,Max suddenly becomes one of the cool kids,hanging out on Vortex club parties and stuff,David-who was supposed to be Chloe's step-dad-instead of becoming head of security in the school became a bus driver and Chloe...instead of her father getting into a car crash and dying,she was the one who got into an accident and got her body paralyzed and wheelchair bound...it's all messed up! and i was actually happy that she changed the past until i saw Chloe crippled...Gosh...
It's all because te ha rubato, stola handicapped funds!- while it was already corrected da another te Tuber that leaving the money alone won't change anything...it was still some pretty good foreshadowing there,in fact another actually detto that Chloe also parked in the 'handicapped/disabled' spazio twice,and even talked about how she wanted the Principal's cozy chair...and i totally forgot about that. In truth,i also initially blamed the stealing for the outcome as karma...
You can't mess with time...- Yes,yes te can't. I'm assuming all of this was because they had to fill the void,so to speak. As in if William didn't get into a car crash,then someone else has to fill that void...and it turned out to be Chloe.
Max can't go back in all photo's timelines,she has to have strong memories of that time- That's a very good point,if so then she can't just go to the time Chloe was about to get into a car crash and save her,which means...*gulp* Chloe's crippled forever unless William dies...dammit...
Chloe is supposed to die!- I know! A lot of us already have predictions about the finale and yes,since Max saved Chloe from dying at the beginning of the game,weird phenomenons started happening in Arcadia Bay,and since this episode already shows what messing with time does have drastic outcomes...then it just means that spazio Time is giving a response,Chloe has to die and stay in that timeline o Arcadia baia is going to be wiped out from that Tornado.
Max is probably Rachel Amber-...I'm thinking about that now...Oh my Gosh! This thing is so complex! Yes,there is a possibility that they are the same person since Chloe always seems to compare the two of them,i mean coincidentally,Rachel's clothes seem to be the same size as Max too!

*SIgh* I'm sorry,this is all messed up,i'm just going with the flow really since i'm still not over the shock and all that...I am really thinking about this...*ahem* So in conclusion,with the help of these comments,here was what i was able to make:
Max changed the fate of Chloe's dad,William,so because of that,everything changed...Chloe never became that rebellious punk,she never got a step-dad to argue with on everything and they were able to be a big happy family. However...as the changing pictures have shown,instead of Chloe fighting with David in the initial timeline,in the alternate one we see William giving her car keys to the car as her birthday gift...and that's where everything went down. Chloe got the car,so driving it,she was the one who replaced William,so she got paralyzed and was never able to meet Max in Blackwell (school) o even get shot...nothing. So without Chloe,Max got herself companions,the Vortex club-something that she initially hated in the original timeline,and when Victoria,the one who was supposed to be our enemy,talked to us like were Friends with the cool kids,there is one person i thought of...Rachel Amber,a lot of people in the original timeline say she's beautiful and like a model,so of course she's gonna be one of the cool kids...it's a possibility at least. Now,with this,i think Rachel Amber is actually Max in another dimension/timeline...particularly the one where William didn't die.
Here's what i think...in this timeline,Max o Rachel Amber was able to change greatly from her time in Seattle,when she came back to Blackwell,since Chloe's crippled they were not able to meet each other thus Rachel Amber seeking companionship with the Vortex club,and it was easy for her too,because of her change in Seattle. When she finally did meet Chloe,it hit on her greatly and so her time powers awakened,she wen't back to their last memory/picture together which was the giorno William came to pick up Joyce from work and changed the outcome so that Chloe didn't have to be paralyzed. Considering the "many worlds interpretation",where every possibility have their own world,it means that da changing the outcome,Rachel was able to go to another dimension/timeline.However,it didn't turn out the way she wanted it to be since Chloe became the rebellious punk we know today,hating on everything in her life that gone bad.Rachel,feeling bad,decides to befriend Chloe to ease her pain while present Max was still in Seattle and so this bond was formed between the two of them,Rachel reluctant on leaving,and at the same time,since Rachel tampered with the spazio Time Continuum,the Universe eventually showed this vision of an upcoming tornado wiping out Arcadia baia to present Max and thus the early awakening of her powers.
Another thing...was that in this current timeline,at the start of the game when present Max finally meets Chloe,she was supposed to get shot da Nathan and die ,but since Max already awakened her powers,she used them to save Chloe and at the same time,messed with the timeline again and so started the weird climate changes. Which leaves us with yet another thing...Rachel Amber's disappearance,with the possibility that she may have stayed in that timeline to befriend and protect Chloe and at the same time able to become più than Friends with Frank (assuming she confronted him because she thought he was a threat to Chloe)after learning he was an animal lover,she also didn't belong in that timeline...in fact,she shouldn't have existed at all now...there at least.Either that o she left earlier on because she predicted Max coming back to Blackwell and meeting one another would cause a time Paradox o something,but really though...Chaos Theory. Maybe Rachel Amber wasn't supposed to be in this dimension/timeline after all,and the Universe sent her back to where she does belong.
So now we have present Max with us and her time powers to set things right...the Universe is making them pay for messing with time. Chloe is destined to die,along with her father...Fan's are already predicting that in the finale Max would have to let William get into that car crash and for Chloe to get shot so that the great disaster wont happen at all...but te know what? Even if that was the case it would still hit me hard when it comes...haha,i know this theory mostly has holes,but i'm not the type to do research just to do these things,it's just a thought...all of this is just complex. On a random note,there's also the thing with their spirit animals...i honestly believe they mostra us as a guide o warning of what is to come,symbolism mein,i mean if you've explored enough te would see animal related things like that blue butterfly,that doe who keeps mostrare up and most of all,that bird who keeps dying whether it da the windowsill o on superiore, in alto of a vortex of ants (that was weird...and made me shudder),there's also the whales that died near the Two Whales diner. It could well be a sign that someone in the commensale, diner is going to die...uh-oh,not just with that but this thing instantly debunks my 'theory'. Heh,guess it's fine since it's just an almost baseless thought.Well,that's all I have to say...Life really is Strange.
