Humphrey hadn't meant to have drifted to sleep on the ground near the albero he had decided to rest da but he had and when he woke he jumped at his name being spoken sharply, "HUMPHREY!" Winston detto sternly and he jolted up right, "Wha?!, WInston!...What's going on.." he yawned drowsily and Winston muttered something and spoke, "Humphrey Why have te been Resting when te were dato the task to scout the territory for intruding packs!" Humphrey shook off his drowsiness, "I'm sorry Winston....i'm just tired from watching the pups....while Kate's off hunting"
"Well, I shall speak to my Daughter, on with your duty, i wish not to find te resting on duty again o i will be sure te are demoted from Beta to Omega once more" Winston detto firmly, Humphrey nodded rapidly sprinting off along the territory edge, Winston grumbled lowly turning and making his way back towards his daughter and Humphrey's tana, den before entering he called out, "Kate?" Winston poked his head into the tana, den entrance finding the tana, den Occupied da a sleeping Kate and Pups.
Winston sighed deciding against waking his daughter and instead decided to wait outside the Den, it seemed like a long time as the sun began to get lower on the west horizon he sighed and his pelliccia stood up as he sensed a presence but he breathed in relief at his daughters voice, "Dad?...what are te doing here..wheres mom?" Winston sighed softly as he spoke, "i just came to have a little talk with te Kate, Your mother is fine she has not come with me this time as this talk is about te and Humphrey" Kate sat successivo to her dad with a solitary, "oh..." Winston sighed, "Relax Kate, it is nothing bad, i would just like to ask te a favor for Humphrey's sake" Kate perked her ears, "Yes dad, what is it?" Winston spoke softly, "Kate...if te are going to go off hunting, please don't leave Humphrey with the pups, as he has duties as a Beta and da doing this te are waring him out, i found him sleeping beneath a albero while he was supposed to be patrolling the border of the territory for signs of invading packs" Kate sighed, "okay dad...i'll try my best...but where will the pups go if we are both gone?"
