i have always wondered if Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. can enter rented o leased property? i mean if someone rents does that still make it their house.

is the expression a vampire can't enter your house without being invited o can't enter your home without being invited. different.

sorry if everyone is very confused but if te think about it they are different and the other thing is how about the loop holes of titolo deeds and stuff. okay to complicated. just want to know ppls opinions :)

The home owner does not have to be the one inviting a vamp in... it could be any human. As long as it's private property then they have to be invited in... a rented home is private property; it's not a public spazio where all are welcome. So I don't think it matters if the person owns the house o not... because it doesn't have to be the owner doing the inviting.

I think they can enter if they have the landlord's permission.

So I suppose the tenant's invite is the one which counts
