When i draw anime, i mix it with an inch bit amount of cartoony style. As you may have seen in my artwork that i have submitted here in this club, you'll know what i mean, maybe.

if you aren't that good at proportion, try practicing with a model. that's what i did, and it REALLY helped! :D

I know a site for tutorials that would help a ton1 its called DragoArt.com, it has dozens of anime tutorials, and it even teaches how to draw chibis! And my best piece of advice is practice, practice, and look at tutorials! Hope this helped as much as I thought it would!
