yes. i Amore the fruits basket manga, but the anime, while beautiful, was just not up to par with what i was expecting.

Rosario-Vampire. the manga is great, and the Anime is interesting, but majorly mutated.

Ultra Maniac was a total letdown :/ I think Ouran High School Host Club did too. But it was still hilarious!

Hmm I rarely read mangas, so I would say Shaman King at the time when I was 10 o something years old.

I don't like the Ranma 1/2 Anime nearly as much as I like the manga.

Part of its the English voice acting.

chibi Vampire o Karin. I have nine volumes of the manga and two dvd's. I REALLY liked the manga but I didn't like the Anime that well, but as a collector I still have to have it.

I don't hate the Anime adaptation of Fruits Basket, is that I'm disappointed that it didn't cover much of the story.

A lot of mangas are better than their animes. The Anime Princess Tutu is an example of the Anime being a lot better than the manga. With Princess Tutu, the Anime came first, then there was a manga written for it later. The manga was nothing like the anime! I could give te a huge lista on why the manga was so bad, but I'll save that for another time.

Princess Tutu- I like the Anime face better than the manga but the story of the manga is better than the anime. Maybe because Tutu wasn't a duck..

Shugo Chara! was an AMAZING manga series i LOVED it!!!!! The Anime was.....bleck, yucky....
Too many fillers, they skipped a lot of the good stuff at the end, it was just a mess.POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD!!!! Rikka was annoying. I loved the manga ( I read the chapters online) and then i started watching the Anime but it wasn't as good so i stopped watching after a while. then, i started watching it again and thought what the heck. When i finished the manga i wasn't too excited about the ending, but it was a good series and it was really cute, too. I was i bit irritated with the open ending, but glad she realized she wasn't in Amore with Tadase and that she loved Ikuto instead <333333. I enjoyed the anime, and i want a 4th season to clear up all the things they left out and to put in all the good stuff, but compared to the manga, it was kind of awful. In the anime, ikuto just kissed her on the cheek randomly and left. he was supposed to take her to the amusement park and tell her he was leaving and THEN baciare her at the airport DDDD: and what about the charas going into their hearts???? they left that out, too!!!! it better be because they're having a 4th season that clears things up and satisfies the people who don't read the manga!!!! and also, i'm mad they included tadase in the amusement park scene!!! that was an AMUTO scene!!! i hate that little sissy goody-goody wimp sicko he/she!!!! she didn't realize "the truth" and they left out a BUTT-LOAD of good stuff!!!!! i'm gonna write an angry letter to Peach-Pit!!!!!

Kodomo no Omocha. The manga was really great and so was the anime. But I just didn't like it. I don't really know why, but I think it's because of the ending. And I hate some of those filler episodes.

Fruits Basket, I Amore the manga, it still might be my fave, but they cut out so much in the anime, they didnt add much about momiji when he matured T^T

Definitely Ranma 1/2, for one. The manga was extremely captivating and only got funnier, but as for the anime.. it missed out on a lot of the short stories inside volumes 1-34. And to superiore, in alto it off, they got the ending completely wrong. I was disappointed with the constant change in voice actors as well.

Kare Kano (His & Her Circumstances): I was intrigued da the premise, but when I saw the first episode of the anime, it gave me a headache because there was too much going on in every scene. I thought maybe the manga is better, so I checked that out, and that was indeed much più bearable and not headache inducing.

I was did not like the ending of frutta basket much, but then again I was not fond of the manga ending either...

Naruto as manga rocks, but the Anime is super off.

One Piece. I really didn't like the anime, but I enjoyed the manga.
