Anime Domanda

Anyone recommend any good animes?

Obviously like any good fan I've seen quite a few animes, but now I'm stuck on finding any more. Please help?

P.S. Please no cutesy anime, no porn/hentai, no romance (ick).
P.P.S. I've seen all the obvious animes, Naruto, Death Note, Ouran etc.

Thanks, I've already seen FMA and I can't find a good video fonte for Hetalia, but I'll give Fruits Basket a try :)

Cool but I'm not really into gore, I watched a lot of bloody Anime and it's kinda put me off. Thanks anyway though!

Naoki Urasawa's, best Anime in the world but barley known, it's a mystery the first episode make it look like a romances anime, but they did that to mostra all he( Dr. Kenzo Tenma) had but then he lose it all. so it's only the first episode.
