No. The only qualities they have that make them look like Anime characters are the artists that draw them. They can look like normal children if the artist draws with an American o realistic style. Also, as long as the characters are animated in the games they come from, they can count as Anime characters. I've never seen an animazione drawn da KEI featuring the Kagamines. For that matter, a video game character is very different to a voice. To make me even più annoyed, Rin and Len don't even have /characters/. /stillapetpeeve
