She has then vowed to prove her grandfather's theories correct ever since then.

Being a kid and forced to kill people can really mess someone up te know.....That's why he has this twisted idea that he has to be so strong and sadistically violent that no one would dare face him again and no one would else will have to die because of him. This is also the reason why he willingly participated in the "level 6 shift"..... killing to stop the killing, sounds legit XD

He never had fun in his life, just had part-time jobs all day. He Lost his only loved-one. He wasn't even able to fulfill his one and only dream! And then again, even after helping everybody, he had to lead afterlife all alone. Poor boy! TT.TT

It pained Itachi so much that he couldn't kill his brother for he had a bond with him that was so strong he couldn't do it. He made Sasuke his younger brother into thinking he did all that to test his strength. Itachi looked at his brother crying and left the village. He later joined and organization called the Akatsuki. He loved his brother so much that he made him hate Itachi. He made him become strong with hatred and let Sasuke kill him ALL to protect him.

Ohana-san in the Anime "Hanasaku Iroha",partially,because her mother couldn't take care of her and all her mother did was drink,have dozens of boyfriends and was break promises to her (namely when she detto she would go to "Parents to come School" giorno where the Parents spend w/ their children and talk about their Job,not only that but Ohana had to make cena for her mother at a young age da young I mean a very young age,she was basically a child,now she's at her teenage years and her mother sent her off to her Grandmothers' (Her Mother's Mother) Hotel to not stay there but work there,and turned out her Grandmother "disowned" Ohana's mother because of her actions so in the beginning she wanted to make it as hard as possible for Ohana-san in a way,then there's Minchi where Ohana has to watch what she says to her..and there's just so much that has went on in her life and then Ko-chan is the only brightness in her life and there's a girl that likes him as well and she yells at Ohana..In the beginning especially I feel really sorry for her.
