Please post all Anime remakes te know of!!

I mean series that has run one time, and then gotten an upgrade! Not a sequel o season 2, but an entirely new look!

Example: Hunter x Hunter 1999, remake 2011
Sailor moon 1992, remake 2013

I need this for an award we are having at my manga & Anime club, it would really help!
