Oh I have completely forgotten that I have loved you for a thousand years is their song in my eyes.
And every now and then (not very often) I find an Arwen video I love. Finally I found one with this song. I love all the moments they have put in to it.

This song says something about their journey,what it has all led up to. It also says how legendary they are. Their love story is thousand year long love story, and it will continue for a thousand years more. :)
