"The New York native is reveling in the opportunity to work and perform solo. But McCoy also says Gym Class Heroes remains his main artistic priority.
A new Gym Class Heroes album should be available later this year, possibly da the end of summer.
"We've done a lot of preproduction for the successivo Gym Class album," he says. "We're at the stage now where we definitely have a lot of demos. After this tour, we're going to go and take the cream of the crop and start refining the songs and start putting the album together.
"We have a few songs that are kind of already in the bag. One song we did with Avril Lavigne is awesome."
