I think Bella's hair looks best in Deathly Hallows. They've had più time to develop her look. Her hair looks più glossier and just better. In the order of the phoenix they gave her much più of a ratty, birds nest do. And it was combed over the to right side, with quite a bit of white. più like Narcissa's hair. It defiantly looks better in the last two films.
