Does anyone know what's going on with this copyright issue?

Okay, I noticed Kuroshitsuji's been having some copyright problems lately.

Like, Netflix made it disk-only, and took the instant option away, and some dub Anime sites (e.g. Dub Happy and AnimeRatio) have removed it from their list. Does anyone know why?

Its not just black butler netflix has taken away the preplay option to many animes sadly, I hope they fix it soon, it might have something to do with funimation not just black butler itself
