Last chapter Leighton and Ed married in a beautiful ceremony and that night they celebrated long into the night.

Its three years later, Leighton, Ed and Harry moved to the suburbs of New York, Warren, New Jersey, when Harry had turned two, they wanted him to able to learn to ride a bike, Gossip Girl finished on the fourth season, Chuck and Blair had got married, Serena had finally gotten together with Nate, Dan and Vanessa were together and Jenny and Eric were still best Friends as well as siblings as Rufus had decided to adopt Eric and Serena and Lily had decided to adopt Jenny and Dan.

It was a normal Monday morning, Leighton was getting Harry ready for school, Ed was going away to shoot a new movie called Conflict, Leighton had put her career on the backburner for her son and her husband and she didn’t resent the fact that Ed had a career, she wanted him to, they had to make their own choices outside of their marriage.

Ed came into his and Leighton’s en suite bathroom where Leighton was having a bath, they had sent Harry off to the nanny’s so she could take him to school so that Leighton and Ed had to go off to the airport.

‘’Mmm, I Amore the fact that I can have te all to myself for the morning’’ Leighton detto smiling, and leaning up to baciare Ed

‘’Yea, and I Amore it when your in the bath’’ Ed detto jumping in, fully clothed
‘’Ed’’ Leighton screamed as he grabbed her legs and wrapped them around his waist

‘’Now I think it’s time I gave te a leaving present don’t you?’’ Ed asked smirking
‘’Yea, but you’re the one going, not me, I should be the one giving te the present, not the other way round’’ Leighton asked, looking confused

‘’Well, how about I give te a present and then te give me one, sound fair?’’ Ed asked, baciare her soundly

‘’Sounds great’’ Leighton detto leaning in once more

It was almost time for Ed to leave, Leighton stood at the farthest end of their bedroom, da the window, staring out over the vast land of their home, she couldn’t believe she had got so lucky, she had the perfect husband, perfect son, perfect home and all round perfect life, she couldn’t wish for anything else.

‘’I’ll be back before te know it, it won’t be like I’m gone’’ Ed said, interrupting Leighton’s thoughts as his hands snaked around her waist

‘’Yes it will be like your gone, I’ll have no one to cuddle up to at night’’ Leighton said, turning round so she could hug him

‘’Just think about me, I won’t either’’ Ed said

Leighton didn’t answer, just smiled and walked out of the room, downstairs to see Ed off, the car to take him to the airport had just made its way up the drive.

After exchanging goodbyes, Leighton had decided to get on with the cleaning and the laundry, it was a ora and a half drive to the airport from the suburbs, after doing the cleaning she decided to ring Ed.

‘’Missing me yet?’’ Leighton asked, enquiring as soon as she heard him quick up the phone

‘’Not just you, but your body, everything’’ Ed said, drawling his words out in that Chuck basso manner he had got from playing the character for so long

‘’Ed, we already discussed this, I’m not having phone sex with you’’ Leighton stated
‘’Again?’’ Ed asked, smirking
‘’Again’’ Leighton detto shyly

Ed knew how to avvolgere Leighton around his little finger:

‘’ But baby, I’m missing te already, surely I can get just a little treat’’
‘’Alright, just one’’ Leighton detto smiling to herself

After an hours’ conversation before Ed boarded his flight, Leighton needed to unwind in a way that didn’t involve a man, she decided to do yoga.
