Rukia was taken away da Byakuya and Renji in episode 17 if I'm not wrong, so episode 18 would be "Reclaim! The Power of the Shinigami" . If te want to know where to watch it maybe te can try searching in Dailymotion for it, I watch Bleach there plenty of times...

As for the filler episodes hahah there are wayyy too many to lista right now because the Anime has just released it's 288th episode lol. There is the Bounto Arc, the whole arc with the Bakkōtō, plus this story with a princess and her 2 shinigami guardians.....I can go on forever lol
