do te think grimmjow can keep up with soi fon if there both masters of Hoho (soi fon) and sonido (grimmjow)

It really depends on the situation, has Grimmjow released his sword? if so he would be able to beat Soi Fon, other wise if he hadn't i think it would be both of them on equal footing.
