(Though, Muramasa began to stop hearing Koga properly, the main raeson is that Koga actually began to ignore Muramasa, except when Koga wanted Muramasa to fight for him)

the reason why muramasa didnt hear because his owner doesnt care for him and their bond is brocken and a soul reaper connects with their zanpakto da their hear,spirit and soul and Koga has Lost his heart,spirit and soul has been consumed da his arrogantness and stubborness that his own zanpakto's bond has been cut that's why he coulnd't help him therefore it wasnt muramasa's fault it was koga's and without still realising it was his fault for getting this mess as well as koga neglected muramasa and then when he needed him the most he couldn't hear him becuase when he didnt want him it was as if he was saying hes better of without him but a zanpakto and his owner are equal and they need each other.
