Arc One: Aizen: The Beginning of the End

The beginning of this RP accounts for Aizen's disappearance from the Maggot's Nest and back to Hueco Mundo. Sosuke Aizen is planning to take over the Soul Society once more, by creating another Arrancar army. In reality, his goal is to steal the Ouken and use it to achieve passage into the Soul-King's dimension. Once again, the Soul Society are destined to try and stop him, lead by Captain-Commander Hitsugaya and the other 12 Captains. The appearance of a strange man, who saved a Seated officer, was to be their salvation... He was powerful, enough so to kill an Arrancar and then, later, an Espada. But, they learned that the name of his Zanpakuto was akin to that of a God.

Arc Two: Soul Society: The God's Realm.

The second is about the pseudo-shinigami, women and men with powers similar to Raijin's, where they each possess the capability of using these 'God-like' powers. Unfortunately, their existence has attracted the attention of a group of 'Radical' Gods, that believe existence of the pseudo-shinigami is unwarranted and wish to cleanse the Universe of them. The Radicals are lead by Ajisukitakahikone, Raijin's God, and the reason for his Zanpakutou's existence; Ajisukitakahikone had spent so much of his life feeling unloved by his father and brother, that he and Takemikazuchi, his other brother, decided to form a group of Gods to rebel against the other Gods.

Arc Three: Aizen: Revenge.

Aizen is planning to destroy the Soul-King's dimension and eradicate the Soul Society from existence. Only Raijin Masamune, with the help of the Gotei 13, can stop this from happening. All of their efforts are now focused on apprehending and executing Sosuke Aizen for good. With the help of each of the divisions among the Gotei 13, everyone is now underway to learn more about Aizen's activities and find information taht will conclude what his plan to enter the Soul Society is.

Filler Arc: The Kasumioji clan are being manipulated from within by a man with a powerful intellect and a major hatred of the Shinigami from the Seireitei. While this is going on, the other noble houses are protecting the existence of the Diadem, a powerful artifact, that could possess the secret of Kido and knowledge of Futo Minoriko, the first person to develop Kido. Together these two occurences will shape a new destiny for the Soul Society.

[Just to make a note, but the Third Arc will be Aizen's dramatic return... It will be called Aizen: Revenge Arc. Should be interesting. XD]

Rules

1. In a battle, there are to be no cheap shots that result in a one-hit kill.

2. No ridiculous over-powering of characters and abilities, otherwise there is no point in having a fair RP.

3. Play fair.

4. If you want to be a Visored, then you really have to spin me an exceptionally good story of how it occured and it really has to believable, otherwise I'll tell you to get naffed.

5. If you want to leave the RP for good, or you anticipate being away for a few days, try and work it into the story.

6. Follow my rules, otherwise I'll ask you to leave.

7. No trolls! I hate people who go on forums just make a nuisance of themselves. If you do that on here, I'll get rather annoyed and ask you UNKINDLY to leave.

8. If someone is going to be away for more than two days and cannot post, then we skip their turn and they get to post on their next turn. This is to make sure the forum doesn't get held up too much. We still have a fair bit of stuff to cover and I'd appreciate some good stuff coming in consistently XD. But, seriously, this will help keep the forum up and running. Cheers everyone :)

9. Listen to Whiteflame, he's the most experienced at RPing on here.

10. If you wish to join, don't just start posting on here. Ask first, then post your character onto 'New Characters for the Clan War' forum.

We are now in the depths of re-visiting Sosuke Aizen and his deviant slaves - the Arrancars, Espada and Hollows. From this point, until the filler, the forum will be completely focused on the fighting between the Soul Society's Gotei 13 and Aizen and his Arrancars.

Heh, nevermind! I found my muse much more quickly than I expected. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Morrigan and Ares clashed, splitting the air with a torrent of steel. The recoil would have sent anyone else reeling, but neither would give an inch, each using intense strength to hold their ground and gouging the earth beneath their feet. Neither could care less about the fights that echoed around them. All they could hear was the blood pumping in their ears and the screams of metal on metal. All they could see was their joyous expressions mirrored in the eyes of their opponent and a battlefield scarred and stained red. All they could feel was the tensing of their muscles, the warm trickle of blood from their wounds, and the euphoria of each strike.

Neither had even noticed the other combatants. The ostentatious fight between lightning gods, glorious to behold, was little more than the buzzing of flies to either of them. They dodged the occasional bolt and kept right on struggling.

This is what happened when gods of war met. Their nature brought them into instantaneous conflict, one from which neither of them was willing to back down. Their wounds were a testament to that, though neither seemed to have much trouble bearing them; they were, after all, marks of honor. The cut through Ares’ palm hardly seemed to hamper his use of it, and a deep cut into Morrigan’s right thigh had not slowed her in the slightest.

And neither had spoken a word. Words were unnecessary when their purpose was so obvious.

That didn’t make this a fight of equals, of course. Morrigan had had the upper hand for quite a while now, ever since she activated her wings. Ares was coated in deep cuts that dripped crimson, and though she had been able to land no deadly blows, the injuries would eventually take their tolls.

Her lead, however, was tenuous, and growing more so as the fight went on. He was getting better and better at predicting her moves despite her better speed, and each strike he landed made the fight more difficult. He had only managed a scant few hits, but each one made him faster and stronger.

Much as she didn’t want to admit it, if she didn’t end this soon, she was certain she would lose.

She parried another blow, this time scraping her blade along the large sword’s now half-red and into a sweeping blow at his neck. The chain met it, now wrapped tightly around his bleeding right hand. He grabbed hold of the bare steel, but his eyes quickly widened as her left foot collided with his right temple. He grunted as his body was forced left, though he managed to stop himself after a single foot. She followed it up by twirling in the air horizontally, swinging her blades around her in a whirl of air and steel. He blocked it clumsily, holding the strike of the first blade by strength alone, though the blade twisted in his grip as the second crashed into the large blade.

She exploited the moment, becoming a blur of black feathers as her blade plunged through his back, just under the shoulder blade. Morrigan grinned maniacally as warm blood – his blood – ran down her fingers.

Suddenly, there was a chain about her neck, and she was forced up against his body. Had she somehow missed the heart? She tried to move the blade within him to the right, only to find that he was holding it from the other side with his chained hand. She could barely move it at all, and was fighting hard to breathe.

She closed her right eye and raised the other blade, intending to ram it through the back of his neck at the base of the skull. Before she could even get close, red steel filled her other eye’s gaze. It widened, and a swirl of black feathers formed about her.

She appeared several meters away, nothing visible but the black feathers that surrounded her. She looked more bird than human, crouching there on the ground as a dark red pool spread beneath her.

Morrigan: Well, it would appear that a warrior’s touch might have been a bit hasty.

She raised her head, a smile apparent on her face, though it was very different from the fervor she had expressed earlier. It didn’t mirror Ares’ smile anymore. Though the pain of her newly received injury, which dripped blood down the left side of her face, was etched into her face, she almost seemed to relish it. There was also a measure of seduction in that smile, as she pushed back her hood.

The left eye was cut into deeply, and a hole a half an inch deep went almost to her temple. Blood poured out of it, turning the teeth on the left side of her smile a deep red and making it all the more sinister. She rose from the ground, her other eye gleaming with malicious intent.

Morrigan: Perhaps a woman’s touch will be more effective.

Ares frowned, removing the blade from his back with a grunt and tossing it to her.

Ares: Bring back the interesting one. I would rather fight a warrior than a woman.

Morrigan’s smile broadened: Oh but she missed your heart! Perhaps that was for the best…

She cupped a hand beneath her chin, gathering the dripping blood in the palm. She put the hand to her mouth, making as though to drink it.

Morrigan: I like to devour them when they’re still beating.

She disappeared, reappearing before him and spitting up a spray of the red fluid in his face. He shut his eyes to the spray and opened them wide and he tried to take a sweeping blow at her, but she fell backward, landing in front of him on her back. He made as if to change the direction of his blow, but her right hand tugged on an invisible string in the air. Ares shifted his weight to avoid being pulled down by his cheek, but let out a cry of agony as the string pulled on the bleeding tissue of his chest, right above his heart. He fell to his knees, preventing himself from falling on top of her only by slamming his chained hand into the ground next to her. He grimaced as he raised his blade to plant directly in her chest. Then, she snapped her fingers.

All of the little spots of blood on his body corroded into the tissue, and he let out a howl. Morrigan opened her mouth in ecstasy as she shifted to the side, narrowly avoiding the red blade the plunged into the ground beneath her.

Morrigan: Oh, the joys of pain! Shall I teach you all of them-

Chains met her blade as it reached forward to take his left eye, wrapping around her upper arm in a tight grip. The blade left a bloody trail down his left cheek, and the now unwrapped right hand was gripped tightly around the blade of her other weapon, which was poised to disembowel him. Blood flowed in torrents from his newly reopened palm as the blade dug into the clenched fist.

Ares: Don’t take me lightly, seductress.

Morrigan: I’ll take you anyway you wish, oh great Ares. Now…

They slammed their foreheads forward, twin sprays of blood meeting each other.

Morrigan: Show me what a real man can do!

Cadence was getting into a rhythm. She swept her staff downward towards the cords that flowed out to her sides, and they came to life, each of the daggers snaking out like the heads of a cobra. It was easier with a longer staff, but she could manage with this shorter one, although it made a ridiculous sight to others. She knelt over, the upper half of her body parallel to the earth beneath her as her staff jostled the cords.

Against most opponents, this method of fighting was incredibly difficult to answer. With the right pressure on the correct portion of the cord, as well as the appropriate slack or tension, her blades became incredibly difficult to predict and capable of attacking opponents at moderate range.

Of course, that unpredictability extended to her as well. Cadence had gotten good with this technique, really good, but the scars on her shoulders were testaments to many failures, and she still failed regularly without preparation. Even with preparation, it wasn’t uncommon for an errant blade to strike her if her opponent moved in too closely.

Unpredictability was an asset against the much faster Anubis, but the difference it made wasn’t as severe as she’d hoped. He looked genuinely annoyed by the new fighting method, especially when she tore apart a stream of black ribbons that threatened to engulf her. Just the same, he blocked every blow and slowly closed the distance.

To top it all off, this puppy was a meany! He wouldn’t play with her at all! Every blow sought to end her life in an instant. Whatever happened to a good game of fetch?

Sweat poured down her arms and face as she sought purchase with her weapons to no avail. It was looking hopeless. Was this enough yet?

Eris: You’re letting him control the battle too thoroughly! This battlefield is hardly the fairest!

Despite having heard her goddess multiple times in the past, Cadence was once again surprised by the sudden remark and lost focus. Her staff slipped in her hands, and one of the blades went extremely wide, suddenly recoiling and plunging through the meat of her right foot and into the ground beneath. She yelped in pain, kneeling immediately and pulling the weapon free, only to have Anubis appear directly above her.

Anubis: Disappear. Saigo Kaso.

Black flames spewed out of his staff, scorching the air about her. The air was gone from her lungs in an instant, and all she should do was look upon it as the shadowy death as it engulfed her.

And suddenly, the sun was before her. She was nearly blinded by its brilliance, having to shield her eyes against the strength of it. Johan’s voice came out of the bright blaze.

Johan: Well, it seems Inti’s had about as much of being ignored as I have.

The light died down a bit, and she could now see him. He held a large golden disc before him, still shining brilliantly. Dozens of pointed rods extended out of it, making it appear like many of the drawings of the sun she had made. It radiated intense heat. He turned to look back at her.

Johan: Lo siento, mi amigo.

Cadence looked back at him, completely puzzled by the incomprehensible words.

Johan: Inti’s Spanish is infectious! I’m sorry, Cadence, I should have stepped in sooner.

Cadence huffed: Why didn’t you?

Johan smiled: I won’t be able to keep this up for long. I’ve only barely learned this, let alone mastered it. We won’t survive much longer, and I was hoping you might achieve your manifestation if I let you be. We’ll need every bit of power to-

Anubis snarled, interrupting him: That power… You mortals believe you can harness the powers of the gods? I’ll show you what our power looks like!

Ominous black power radiated off of him as his eyes once again glowed red. Even with the glow of Johan’s sun next to her seemed to diminish under that intense blackness.

Anubis: I will bring an end to the foolish gods who sought to bestow their powers on such pitiful mortals.

Cadence tapped Johan on the shoulder. Johan tried to shrug her off, focusing on harnessing the full strength of his manifestation, but she tapped again and he turned, looking at her incredulously.

Johan: Can we save the conversation for later?

Cadence pouted: But I don’t understand what you meant!

Eris spoke in her head: The battlefield’s fair enough now.

Johan sighed: What I meant by what?

Cadence cocked her head: You said I have to achieve my manifestation.

Johan: And?

Cadence: There’s nothing to achieve. Eris gave me the Yellow Fruit a month ago!

Eris spoke to her again: I told you, it’s the Golden Apple of Discord, not the Yellow Fruit!

Cadence: Oh who cares? Karisutei.

Johan’s eyes widened as her staff increased in length and became riddled with holes. Balls of color shot out in every direction, spattering across the space about her as though panes of glass were all about her. Their combined power actually began to press back Anubis’s darkness.

Anubis: You only delay the inevitable.

Cadence: …What does “inevitable” mean?

Johan smiled: It’s what we’ve been fighting against this whole time. It’s what we’ll be facing for the rest of our lives. And I don’t mean to submit to it.

Cadence nodded: Then I won’t either!

Their powers crashed against the darkness, engulfing the whole island in cascades of energy.

No one has any plans for making a new character for the Shihoin family, do they? I was thinking about my little side-story and realized how it wouldn't make sense to write a story with the noble houses and just not include the Shihoin family head. It wouldn't be fair to them XD If not, I'll just make a character for the time being to serve my purpose >:D

No fighting yet :P The purpose of this sidestory, in all honesty, is to help put my opinion on kido's creation into a concrete concept. It works better than I thought it would :D

[Side Story part 2: The Houses Make Preperations!!]

“Expain yourself, Adelheid.” The cold glare of the four elderly men sitting above her in the stands of Central 46 bore into Adeheid, who looked back at them fearlessly with a smirk.

“Beloved elders, you are looking at it the wrong way.” Adelheid insisted calmly. “If I hadn’t done this, it would have been too late—”

“You falsely mentioned that we had given you permission—no, had ordered you to tell the Kasumiōji family this information!”

Adelheid resisted the urge to sigh. She knew these four would be like this. They were the elders of the House of Einsberg, the only four who were truly above her in status. One was her uncle, the other was her father. The other two were influential members of Central 46, and were only related by blood as they never left these chambers. They were the ones who had set up this conference here where they wouldn’t be bothered or overheard. Upon telling them of what she had done, their displeasure was apparent.

“A council to ask for you permission wouldn’t have been possible until now, uncle. If I had waited, aside from the Kasumiōji family being angry that they were left ignorant, they may have taken a different side. It was for the better this way.”

“Even if you had to lie to them?”

Adelheid bowed her head low to the four of them.

“I apologize for the rash action, but I felt it was right. I only fabricated that one detail, so may it please be overlooked? The benefits far outweigh the consequences that I can see.”

The four elders frowned in confliction. Adelheid knew they were indignant, but they also knew her actions were right.

“Fine, then.” Her father submitted. “We’ll play your game, Adelheid. But if you do anything that puts our family name into jeopardy, the consequences will be greater than you can imagine.”

“Thank you, father.” Adelheid said as she deepened her bow.

“A diadem, Nee-sama?” A thoroughly baffled Rukia Kuchiki blinked at her elder sister as she sat within the extravagant room belonging to the head of the Kuchiki clan. Azusa Kuchiki sat on a pillow surrounded by several beautifully woven curtains lined with gems. The wall directly behind her was dominated by the mural of the Kuchiki family emblem. A stand was beneath it, holding the white scarf that is handed down from one family head to the next. Azusa was the first one to refuse to wear it in several centuries, so it never left its perch.

“It’s a crown of sorts,” Azusa explained calmly, unaffected by the air of surprise surrounding Rukia. “But typically a woman wears it. The one in question was found by the Sanzu River some weeks ago. It resembles the diadem of Futo Minoriko in in every way—texture, shape, design…”

“Impossible!” Rukia gasped in shock, half standing in the process. “It’s the Minoriko’s? If it is, then why is it in our possession?! Something that powerful-”

“We have not confirmed that it belongs to this legendary woman.” Azusa cut her off firmly. “It simply resembles it to great detail. I searched through dozens of books details Minoriko’s epic. It never said anything about her leaving it behind in the Sanzu River.”

Rukia frowned as she relaxed back into her sitting position. “If I recall correctly, Futo Minoriko is the woman who developed kido into what it is today. She was an extraordinarily powerful person, having created over a hundred kido spells, many of which are forbidden today. She broke many laws in order to do so and wrote the theory on the reiryoku that the kido corps relies on today as if it were a bible.”

“This was long before Yamamoto’s day.” Azusa nodded with a sigh. “That diadem was thought lost for many millennia. It was her symbol of strength and recorded all of her work in detail using a forbidden sealing kido long forgotten. Such a tool would be extremely dangerous in anyone’s hands, especially the kido corps. Just the rumor of us having it is an enormous bargaining chip.”

Rukia remained silent, struggling internally. The conversation was dipping into politics. It wasn’t a subject she was entirely comfortable with, but she could understand what Azusa was doing, to an extent.

“A bargaining chip against whom?” Rukia finally asked hesitantly. An expression flashed across Azusa’s eyes that Rukia could not recognize. Raw hate? Abysmal fear? Or could it have been amusement?

“Do not let it concern you, Rukia.” Azusa advised. “There are some people you should never meet.”

“Is it the Tokugawa family?” Rukia pressed. Azusa shook her head.

“This does not concern the Gotei 13.” She assured. “They cannot intervene, either. It is business between families alone. I’d prefer you don’t get involved in it.”

“Nee-sama, as a member of the Kuchiki family, I think I should have a part in this—”

“Would you want to have a part in it if it involved backstabbing someone who would be your ally otherwise?” Azusa asked without a hint of compassion on her face. “Would you take the Kuchiki’s side even if we were clearly in the wrong? What would you do if you were the heads of a terrible conspiracy and became the enemies of Soul Society?”

Rukia struggled to keep a straight face as she considered that, but it was clear how much it bothered her to.

“You would never do that.” She said as firmly as she could. Azusa struggled not to hurt the lieutenant’s pride by scoffing.

“Hypothetically.” Azusa added. Rukia frowned.

“I would stand by justice no matter what happens. If you became the enemy of the Gotei 13…I would have no choice…”

“But to defeat me?”

Rukia refused to look Azusa in the eye as she nodded. Azusa sighed.

Couldn’t have expected a better answer, I guess.

“You’re dismissed, Lieutenant Kuchiki. Go back to your squad. And remember; do not speak of this to anyone, understand?”

Rukia frowned reluctantly but bowed her head.

“I understand…Nee-sama.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“I apologize for having taken your time, head-captain.” Tsubaki said as she bowed to Head-Captain Hitsugaya. “Thank you for your cooperation.”
“Are you sure about this, Tokugawa?” Toshiro asked as Tsubaki turned to leave the head-captain’s chambers. Toshiro sat at the desk, frowning darkly. “I realize that this is beyond the right of the Gotei 13 to get involved, but…”
“I am confident that it will work out, sir.” Tsubaki assured him with a modest smile. “Or are you worried that it may go wrong, since there is a woman in charge of most of the noble houses?”
Toshiro shot her a scathing glance before looking away.
“It has nothing to do with that.” He assured firmly.
“As you say, sir.” Tsubaki slipped out the door and Toshiro watched it shut with a dark expression. The world was definitely moving on its own now. He had to wonder if the previous captain commander felt the same way at times.
Tsubaki was unsurprised to find Shunsui Kyoraku standing outside the captain’s chamber, waiting patiently with his hands hidden within the sleeves of his robes.
“Yo, Tokugawa.” Shunsui said grimly in greeting.
“Hello, senpai.” Tsubaki bowed her head briefly. “You didn’t come to warn me against my decision, did you?”
“I can’t say I agree with your motives.” Shunsui sighed. “But I guess you have your reasons. The Kyoraku family is a lesser family of nobility, so something like this is beyond us. But I don’t want to see you girls get in a cat fight over something like this.”
“Thank you for your concern, senpai, but the problem isn’t who’s involved. It’s the principles that are being skewered in the event’s wake that are concerning.”
“Principles…” Kyoraku repeated with a small chuckle. “You might be the only one worried about that.”
“Perhaps. I’ve never been all too good with politics. But I know what I feel is right, so I will follow it.”
Tsubaki bowed briefly to Kyoraku before turning and heading off. Kyoraku watched with a wistful expression.
“All of these women grow up way too fast for me.” He muttered sadly.
Nice post, Exorcist. If you wanted to, we could use your idea as a filler between the end of this current Arc and the start of the whole Aizen: Revenge Arc. I think that would make things quite interesting for the RP - that is, if you are interested.
[Into the lion’s den; The god’s realm]
Mishiranu groaned. They had used god step to enter the god’s realm only a half hour earlier and already Kowareta and Bluebell were going at it.
Bluebell: “Really, you should work on that temper of yours, it’s not becoming of a ‘Shinigami’.” She put extra emphasis on the word shinigami to get under Kowareta’s skin.
Kowareta: “What’s that supposed to mean?”
Bluebell: “Oh, nothing. Nothing at all.”
Kowareta: “You’re awfully cocky for someone who lost against me.”
Bluebell: “Think before you speak, you just said that you were the easiest to beat.”
Kowareta growled, his hands clenched. “Not anymore. You proved that well enough.”
Bluebell opened her mouth to speak, when Mishiranu interrupted.
Mishiranu: “Will you two zip it?! We have enough problems with our plan without you two bickering like children.”
Lushi: “Speaking of which, what do we do next?”
Bluebell huffed, obviously ticked at being called a child. “Well, for one we need to work out a plan of attack. We don’t know where they are and since there are already god’s fighting, sensing anything else is pretty much moot at this point.”
Lushi: “So what-”
Mishiranu: “Don’t worry, I got a plan.”
Kowareta: “What is this magical plan you have?”
Mishiranu gave Kowareta a evil grin. Kowareta gulped.
Kowareta: *In his head* “Maybe I shouldn’t of asked…”
(Meanwhile)
Isamu, Renee, and Toku traveled through the desert terrain. They were the closest to the fighting god’s so they had to suppress their spiritual pressure as much as they could.
Toku: “So…Now that we’re here, what’s the plan?”
Renee: “Ya, it’s not like we can just wander the desert the whole time.”
Isamu: “Just be quiet. I have a plan, but first we need to take a small break. It’s essential that we time this right.”
Renee: “Time what right?”
Isamu: “Wait and see, I will explain it when it’s time.”
Renee exchanged a doubtful look with Toku. Neither of them were very impressed with Isamu at this point. He had taken 4 tries to get the god step to work, whereas it had only taken Isaac and Mishiranu two tries. Isamu noticed the look and turned the other way, muttering to himself. “Dang idiots…they don’t know how hard god step is. Only natural that it takes some time.” Toku heard him and rolled his eyes.
Toku: “Any ideas on what to do, yet?”
Isamu: “I told you that I already had a plan! You two stop giving each other glances and shush.” The moment he made that comment, they both grinned at him. “Damn, you two are too much alike.” Just then, Isamu felt what he had been waiting for, a small pulse of energy from Mishiranu, not a noticeable amount unless you were looking for it. Toku’s head snapped in Mishiranu’s direction and Isamu looked at him. “So he’s been keeping a careful track the whole time…”
(At the radical god’s fortress.)
Odin felt a small power and sat up, intrigued. It was a weak power, not worth his time, but something kept him interested.
He considered the power he felt. It was a weak power, that was true, but he could tell that it had a trace of a god’s power. If he had to guess, he would say it felt a little like Shiva’s power, but that was ridiculous. Why would such a strong force such as Shiva give off such a weak energy? Odin had met Shiva once before and she was definitely not one to hold back. This might turn out to be a good opportunity. If this was somehow the work of a Shinigami…yes, that had to be it. It was the only thing that made sense…
(Meanwhile)
Mishiranu gave a small shout of joy as she felt Isamu return a energy pulse. Lushi and the rest stared at her.
Lushi: “What’s up, Something happen?”
Mishiranu smiled at her. “Yes, time to put my plan into action.”
Kowareta: “Oh goody…”
Mishiranu pointed at him. “You, thank you for volunteering. Manifestation, now!”
Kowareta: “What? Why on earth would I do that?”
Mishiranu stared at him, daring him to disobey.
Kowareta groaned. “Fine,” He quickly entered is manifestation, summoning his Cerberus as well. “Now what?”
Mishiranu waved the others away, and they stepped back. “Fight me.”
Kowareta: “Are you insane? What will this accomplish? All it will do is exhaust us if we’re fighting in manifestation.”
Bluebell: “Wonder what she’s planning…”
Lushi gave a confused look. “Excuse me, but what is this going ot solve?”
Mishiranu: “We can’t go wandering around looking for the god’s when they could find us at any moment. We have to set a trap, lure them to us. And who said we were both fighting in manifestation? I’m only going at you in Bankai.”
Kowareta snorted: “In that case, it’s not worth my using my manifestation.”
Mishiranu: “Just calm down and listen to me. I had my reservations about this plan, but Isamu convinced me.”
Bluebell: “Isamu?”
Mishiranu: “You didn’t really think that he was the leader for nothing, did you? He came up with this plan.”
Kowareta: “He is an idiot.”
Mishiranu: “We’ll see. Now you ready?”
Kowareta: “Ya…as if I need to be…”
Mishiranu: “He is way too proud of his power. If we want this to work, we need to adjust his ego. BANKAI!” A large burst of reiatsu surrounded her and when it faded, she looked the same, except that there was a stone snake wrapped around the base of her blade. “Let’s go, you can go first.”
(Meanwhile)
Isamu looked at Renee and Toku. “Ready?”
Renee: “Got it.”
Toku: “Just enter manifestation, right?”
Isamu nodded. “Yes, just do that and put out pulses of energy. The god’s that aren’t fighting will sense it and go after us. That way, neither team is fighting more than 1 god.
Renee: “This could seriously backfire.”
Isamu: “Taking advantage of their fight is our best bet to win.”
Both of them grunted and entered manifestation. Toku covered in magma and Renee’s blade looking as surreal as ever. Isamu drew his sword and closed his eyes, thinking…
Isamu: “I hope this works as well as I say…”
(Back to Mishiranu)
Mishiranu dodged another of Kowareta’s blasts. “Come on, hit me. That makes 8 misses and zero hits.”
Kowareta grunted. Damn that Mishiranu, she had already defeated over two hundred of his soldiers and managed to dodge every blast. He laughed and his Cerberus grabbed onto her. “Dodge this!”
Mishiranu sighed and struck the Cerberus five times with her blade, which had an odd green glow. The beast roared in pain as fifteen bones randomly broke in it’s body. She broke free and flash stepped behind Kowareta, who blocked her sword with his bare arm. “Gonna have to do better than th-” Kowareta fell silent as her finger shot out, stopping ½ an inch from his left eye.
Mishiranu: “My win, if I continue, you lose your left eye and any possible chance of an advantage on me.” She allowed her Bankai to fade and winked at him. “Try not to let your ego run rampant, now get ready, he’s coming.”
(meanwhile)
Odin stood as he sensed several large powers, one of which he recognized as Loki's. “So…it is them, and they are extending an invitation. Loki...the fool has joined with them.” He showed no expression as we walked out of the room. “They actually think they can win if they choose the battleground? Let’s see how much these ‘Pseudo-Shingami’ have learned. He headed out towards the more powerful reiatsu, towards Shiva’s reiatsu.
Okay, I figured that after all Bluebell had said and done to Kowareta, he would have a bit of an ego after beating her. inAnd taking advantage of the fighting sounded like a strategic kinda move. I figured it was time to get them involved in the fighting. And that was my fun way of doing it XD
I wouldn't mind. This side story will be finished in the next two posts (not including my post for the main story) but if you want to expand on it, go ahead. As I said, it's mostly to express my idea on how kido must have been created (in a very indirect manner) so seeing how you guys percieve it would be cool.
@Exorcist. Two posts you say? I was just thinking that we could expand beyond that point between Arcs and have something to do with the Kasumioji Clan, and maybe a new type of Bakkoto, or something. We can discuss this another time, though. XD.
@Wantadog. Great post, dude.
One of these days, I will watch FMA and FMAB all the way through. I always hear people talking about it, but I never get past listening to the openings. So unlike me XD
@BP I'll leave last part open ended so it can be continued in some way. I know from personal experience that there are always ways to make even a finished story much longer >:D
Hmm...I just realized that I'll be leaving wednesday for Amelia Island and won't be able to post anything for a few days. I'll probably post the last two parts tomorrow then XD
@Exorcist, okay, sounds good to me. Will you be willing to allow Azusa another part in it, once everything works out?
@Wantadog. Heh, stupid tornado warnings, eh... Yes, FMA, in general, is badass. XD
O.O Well...I didn't think I'd finish part three so fast. Fourth and last part will be up tomorrow. I feel so accomplished now. I'm gonna go play Fire Emblem to celebrate ^^ And BP, what exactly do you mean "allow azusa another part in it?" She's going to be a significant part of the next post, as well as this one.
[Sidestory part 3: Conference of the Four Houses/Play the music]
Azusa muttered to herself darkly as she began putting the books back in their place. She knew one thing for sure, even if the facts weren’t clear. The moment she’d tried to use kido to peak into the information held within the diadem, the recoil had blown away the chamber it had been held in. Even with captain level reiatsu, Azusa had nearly been knocked unconscious from the force. The monstrous energy had been incredible. She knew the founder of kido must be powerful, but this was ridiculous. Just who was Futo Minoriko?
Azusa glanced up then as she finished putting away the last book. She narrowed her eyes as she felt the weak presence of a person within the library. It was strictly forbidden for people without Kuchiki blood to venture into these chambers, and she could not recognize this presence. There would only be one reason for an intruder to even consider sneaking in her past the guards.
Azusa breathed out slowly and a smoke like substance floated from between her lips and dissipated into the air like water vapor. She waited patiently as she waited, focusing on the small presence she felt. Within a few minutes, a cluster of clouds floated back toward her. The cloud’s shape was molded into that of a person, and she approached it with a wave of her hand. The clouds around the head of the shape dispersed, showing a man with a mask hiding most of his face glaring at Azusa fearfully. Azusa was about to ask who he was when he noticed the symbol emblazed on his mask.
“Idiots.” She muttered darkly as she raised her hand to the man’s face and it glowed white briefly before he felt limp, unconscious. The clouds dumped the man on the floor as Azusa strode away, heading out of the library.
“There are intruders here from the Kasumiōji family.” Azusa told the guards waiting outside the library doors. “Warn the entire manor. They are here to steal an heirloom in our possession. Arrest anyone from the Kasumiōji that you see.”
“Yes ma’am!”
As the guards rushed off to follow her orders, Azusa stalked toward the main dining hall, hands clenched at her side. She hadn’t expected such a blatant move against them. The Kasumiōji would be tried for treason because of this stupid move.
Azusa didn’t know what to say as she entered the dining hall and found the last person she wanted to see. Tsubaki Tokugawa stood by the table at the center of the large room, apparently waiting in respectful silence. She smiled as she saw Azusa enter the room, bowing her head.
“Hello, Kuchiki-dono.” Tsubaki greeted.
“Tokugawa…why are you here?”
“To speak with you. Regarding the diadem.”
“I already have my own visitors looking for the diadem. If you are that anxious, get in line.”
“Oh, I’ve been waiting. So have the Einsberg and Shihōin families. I’ve invited them all here so we may talk.”
“What?!” Azusa began angrily. The nerve of this woman! She’d called a meeting of the four nobles houses and chose the Kuchiki manor without even asking?
“It’s not really a meeting of the four houses.” Tsubaki told her, as if reading Azusa’s mind. “My father won’t be coming, nor will the elders of the Einsberg family. Only Queen Adelheid Von Einsberg. I figured it would be best to have an open discussion about this evenly. As children of the Sun, we mustn’t hide from each other like shameful little pups.”
“As I said, I have no time to hold a meeting.” Azusa gritted her teeth to keep herself calm. “There are currently assassins from the Kasumiōji family that are trying to steal the diadem. I need to worry about them before all else—”
“Assassins? I’ll take care of them while you wait for the other two to arrive. I shouldn’t be long.”
“‘Take care of them?’” Azusa repeated, surprised. Tsubaki nodded as she looked around quickly.
“May I borrow that?” She pointed to a katana mounted on a nearby wall. “You have my word that I will return it completely unscratched.”
Azusa struggled to find reason to refuse her, but in all honesty, having Tsubaki getting rid of the intruders did her better solace than her guards. The Kasumiōji had better weapons—this was a fact.”
“I refuse to owe a favor to you in return.” Azusa muttered. Tsubaki took the katana from its mount swiftly before exiting the room.
Azusa slumped onto the nearest pillow by the low table, pinching the bridge of her nose as she sighed. She had just about enough of worrying about these sorts of things. She was truly beginning to understand Byakuya’s pain back when he was still captain. Hmm…she was beginning to feel some empathy for her deceased brother? Now that was a scary thought.
“This place is a lot livelier than I had previously imagined.” A voice scoffed, prompting Azusa to open her eyes again. Adelheid Von Einsberg shot her a grin as she sat across from Azusa, propping her elbow up on the table and resting her chin in her palm. “Although you don’t look very excited.”
“I apologize for my lack of enthusiasm.” Azusa said tightly. “I’ve been rather stressed lately.”
“I would imagine.” Adelheid said smoothly.
“I should also apologize in advance—this gathering was last minute for me. I don’t have any drinks prepared.”
“I don’t mind. I wouldn’t have even come if the subject of the gathering wasn’t particularly important.”
Azusa narrowed her eyes as Adelheid’s self-confident smirk. She wouldn’t believe it of anyone else, but this woman was truly enigmatic…
“You wouldn’t have anything to do with the Kasumiōji family’s actions, would you?”
“Of course not.” Adelheid snorted as she sat back. “I have better things to do than provoke children.”
Azusa didn’t respond to that. Another arrival came in through the doorway just then, grinning at the two ear to ear.
“Yo, Tokugawa, Einsberg.” Naoko Shihōin greeted genially as he jumped lightly in the air, folding his legs beneath him before falling onto a pillow lightly. He brushed his dark matted hair from his eyes as he waved a finger at Azusa, clicking his tongue. “I was honestly surprised to find out that you had kept the diadem a secret for so long. I was hurt, even. If we noble houses don’t stick together, who knows what will happen?”
“I find it difficult to hear that coming from someone who doesn’t even hold a position among the Gotei 13.” Azusa said coldly.
“Ouch! You’re as cold as ice, as always. You should go out in the sun more to melt a little. Speaking of which, where is my favorite flaxen samurai? I was excited that the invitation had come from her…and here she is!”
Tsubaki had just entered the hall just then, sheathing the borrowed katana and sticking it back on its mantle. She took her spot at the table, folding her legs beneath her to sit on her legs. The other three gave her their attention, respectfully waiting for the one who extended the invitation to speak first.
“Thank you for coming.” She said calmly. “Shall we get down to business?”
“We all know why we’re here.” Naoko leaned forward with one arm on the table, smirking at Azusa. “So before all else, let’s see it.”
Azusa grimaced at the suggestion.
“Don’t be stubborn.” Adelheid advised before Azusa could refuse. “We can already tell where it is. The barrier is well-made, but difficult to miss all the same.”
Azusa continued to glare but reluctantly conceded. She snapped her fingers and the table they sat at began to glow. A medium sized case rose from the center of the table as if it were coming through a doorway. Once it was out completely, the light the table was emitting faded. Azusa reached forward and opened the lock on the case with a single tap, letting it slide open to reveal the silver tiara within. The other four stared at it with varying expressions—Tsubaki was in awe, Naoko was surprised, and Adelheid was triumphant.
“Well what do you know?” Naoko snorted in surprise. “You actually do have it.”
“I cannot even imagine what material was used to fashion such a thing.” Tsubaki murmured in a hushed voice.
“It’s more than just a well-made piece of jewelry.” Azusa sighed. “I have reason to believe that all the spells Futo Minoriko had created is sealed within this diadem. The seal is impossibly powerful, but that’s to be expected. What I was surprised to learn is that whatever is inside this is barely contained. I just grazed the surface of the seal a little with my kido and lost an entire chamber in the recoil.”
“You’re exactly right.” Adelheid informed them. “All the spells Futo Minoriko had even thought of should be stored in this diadem, as well as all the information and ideas she used in order to create them. For all we know, the secrets behind the very creation of kido are at its depths. In other words, this diadem is a step closer to fulfilling our goal of finding the root of all knowledge.”
“That’s a bit of a stretch, though, ain’t it?” Naoko raised an eyebrow. “There is no proof that kido is the key to reaching the root of all knowledge. How is it any different than looking at the creation of a pencil, or a tree? It seems completely unrelated.”
“No, it’s definitely related. Kido is an arcane magic those of us capable of manipulating reiryoku can use. Reiryoku is something that is in everything around us. The first people—if they could even be called that—must have used theories with the reiryoku in order to begin their development and advancement into Soul Reapers. I’m sure we haven’t been obsessing over the balance of souls for all eternity. What were we Soul Reapers, before we reaped souls? In order to answer that, the reiryoku is the answer. Kido and zanpakutou are our closest links to this.”
“So you’re making assumptions and working with them.” Azusa muttered disapprovingly. “That’s hardly proof.”
“To be fair, we won’t know until we take the route and see for ourselves where it takes us.” Tsubaki said with a reasonable tone. “It would be better to take the time and see what may be found rather than ignore it simply because there is no proof.”
“We can at least ignore it until we know more.” Naoko proposed. He was now eyeing the diadem with an almost suspicious expression. “I understand that you want to see what information this thing holds, but a thought occurred to me. We don’t know what this ‘Futo’ was like. I mean, she broke the law to create kido, didn’t she? And on top of that, kido is demon magic. If she is the creator of the first kido, that means her intentions probably weren’t as good as the stories make her out to be. Quite frankly, we might not even be dealing with an ancestor of the soul reapers. Who knows what you’ll find hidden in the depths of this thing…?”
“It nearly blew up my cellars.” Azusa agreed. “Leaving it alone until we gather more information sounds like a better alternative.”
“I can lock it up safely.” Adelheid assured. “The kido corps is capable of all kinds of sealing techniques and we can take safety precautions. If anything comes out, we can put it straight back in.”
“No.” Azusa said firmly. Adelheid sighed in exasperation.
“Azusa Kuchiki, I am the Grand Kido Chief, the most powerful kido user currently within Soul Society. I promise you, I will not let this diadem get out of hand or get the better of me. The precautions taken will ensure everyone’s safety—”
“I’m not worried about you destroying Soul Society by accident so much as what you would do with the information you find.”
“Ridiculous.” Adelheid snorted. “I don’t have a clue as to what the diadem may hold specifically. It was you who had taken a peak.”
“We don’t know what might be in there.” Azusa and Adelheid were on their feet, leaning over the table slightly to be face to face. “And it’s far too reckless to let you have a monopoly in it.”
“You would prefer to keep the diadem to yourself? I have an excuse—what could possibly interest you in that piece of jewelry? It’s useless to you as it is. Or is it the political leverage it would give you that you’re interested in, Azusa?”
“Don’t use my given name, Einsberg.” Azusa hissed in disgust.
“Hold on now, my dears.” Naoko stood up and stood beside Azusa. “If you’re worried about that, then the Shihōin family can hold on to it. We don’t care about any political leverage.”
“Perhaps, but if I recall, your aunt—the previous head of the family—betrayed Soul Society centuries ago, yes? And you don’t reek of the competence you believe.”
“Hey now,” Naoko gave Adelheid a sinister catlike grin. “Are you suggesting that I’m a potential traitor?”
“No, she’s not.” Tsubaki was on her feet then. “But she has a point in saying it would be better for the kido corps to hold onto it. Leaving the diadem as it is would be a waste. There might be valuable information in it we can use—”
“For our benefit?” Azusa interrupted, her glare never leaving Adelheid’s face. “Or for our downfall?”
“Are you anxious to find out?” Adelheid asked softly. Her hands loosened as her reiatsu began to flow toward her fingers tips. Noticing this, two curved knives fell from Naoko’s sleeves at a flick of his wrists, landing in his hand. Water vapor floated from Azusa’s nostrils as she breathed out slowly and Tsubaki gripped her hands tightly, sensing the killing intent.
Before any of them could make a move, a heavy reiatsu weighed on them so suddenly that it surprised them. The air seemed to shimmer and shake, as if it were an earthquake beneath them, blurring their vision. The four of them shot backwards immediately, putting distance between each other, their eyes searching for the source. It was clear what it was after a moment of confusion. The diadem was glowing white, as if it were burning with energy.
@BP Sure, go ahead. I don't mind.
[Sidestory, finale! Shattering realities! Play Music]
“Whoa!” Naoko whistled as blazing fires erupted from the diadem, spreading around the table like a wild fire. “You weren’t kidding, Azu-nyan! Just from being close to us as we lost our tempers, it began going berserk!”
“…Don’t ever call me that again.” Azusa shot Naoko a murderous glare and he just smiled in response. Azusa turned her attention to the flames and was surprised to see them begin to form into a fox-like creature that snarled at them, its reiatsu flaring around it. She realized how similar it was to the Sōkyoku. When released, the executioner’s halberd was enveloped in flames and formed into a kikōō, a sort of firebird. This fox looked a lot like a yōko, a flaming fox demon. Was it possibly the predecessor of the Sōkyoku…?
“Magnificent!” Azusa heard Adelheid exclaim from the other side of the flames. “A manifestation of highly compressed souls into a semi-sentient being with an exact balance of offense and defense! Minoriko, be proud! Today, you’ve impressed an Einsberg!”
“Kuchiki, I’m borrowing your katana again!” Tsubaki called as she grabbed the sword from the wall, unsheathing it fluidly before shooting forward fearlessly at the flaming fox. The flames of the fox parted effortlessly as the blade passed through it and the fox lashed out with a clawed paw. Tsubaki evaded and drew back quickly, narrowing her eyes.
“Zanjutsu won’t work on this thing.” Adelheid advised, slightly late. Her hands were up in front of her, conjuring energy slowly. “You’ll either need your shikai or kido to fight it.”
“I left my zanpakutou in the squad 9 barracks.” Tsubaki said as she rolled out of the way of the foxes attacks and blocked the flames with the flat of her sword. The fox prepared to lunge at her when a sudden blast of clouds rammed into the foxes side, sending it into the wall. The tapestries it touched were immediately set into flames that spread quickly, like wildfire.
“Don’t mind that.” Azusa snapped as Tsubaki looked at flames guiltily. “It’s replaceable. Focus on the enemy.”
“Captain Kuchiki!” Several guards came rushing toward the dining hall through the entrance. Hearing them, the fox turned in their direction and charged forward, temporarily morphing into a ball of flames that shot toward them.
“Hado 58, Tenran!” Wind blew from the side, putting out the flaming ball before it could hit the innocent people, leaving only the fox standing on the ground with flickering flames that were less than a fraction of what they had been. Naoko grinned as he rushed forward, his knives flashing as he attempted to slash at the fox. But the flames on its body roared suddenly, knocking him back from the force of the spiritual pressure.
“Get out of here!” Azusa ordered the dazed guards. “And prepare to put out this fire once we’re done! Hurry!”
The guards didn’t waste time arguing. The wheeled around and disappeared with their tails between their legs.
“Hado 63, Raikoho!” Azusa raised her hands up and a blast of yellow energy fired from her palm, ramming into the foxes side, sending it stumbling to the side. Its flames roared as he fought against the force of the energy, struggling to move forward. Azusa grimaced as it became clear that the hado spell without incantation wasn’t strong enough.
“Tsuzuri Raiden.” Tsubaki stepped in front of Azusa as the yellow energy faded and the fox barreled forward. Electricity coursed with the katana in Tsubaki’s hands as she slashed at the fox. It recoiled from her slash this time, but received a large gash in its side before ramming full force into Tsubaki, sending her back several yards. Though it was unclear if it was a significant wound or not, the gash remained in its side as it stalked forward. Azusa was thinking of how best to stop it when suddenly yellow chains wrapped themselves around the fox, tangling its legs together. Azusa spotted Adelheid with both her hands up toward the blazing fox, chanting at an unreal pace under her breath. Azusa was barely able to keep up with the pace at which the incantation was said, but she could tell that the words were mixed up. It took Tsubaki a moment to realize that it was Nijū Eishō, two incantations spoken at the same time.
“Bakudo 79, Kuyo Shibari!”
Eight black holes emitting spiritual pressure appeared around the fox on all sides with the ninth hole directly on the base of the foxes skull, but its thrashing didn’t cease. Flames continued to spout around it dangerously, making it impossible to approach.
Adelheid held her hands out at her sides, far apart before clasping them together with her middle fingers folded over her forefingers.
“Bakudo 99, Kin.”
Spiritual fabric extended from Adelheid and wrapped itself around the fox tightly, covering its legs completely as large metal shafts pinned them the fabric to the ground in a large X shape.
“Bankin, first song: Shiryu.”
Adelheid jabbed her fingers into the ground and white spiritual fabric extended from the ground and surrounded the fox, encasing it completely along with the flames.
“Second song: Hyakurensan.”
Numerous metal bolts rained from above and rammed into the foxes body, digging in deep as Adelheid clapped her hands together once more.
“Final song: Bankin Taiho.”
A large metal cube fell from above, slamming right onto the fox’s body, completely smothering it. No a trace of flames was to be found anywhere within the room, but the spiritual pressure was still easily felt underneath the heavy seals used to immobilize the creature. Adelheid sighed as she stood straight and began chanting once more. White energy swirled around the sealed fox and Azusa narrowed her eyes. This wasn’t a bakudo spell.
“She’s going to seal it.” Azusa muttered darkly as she took a deep breath. Her clouds flowed into her mouth, into her body, and she shot toward Adelheid like a rocket as her body began to turn into water vapor. Azusa was surprised as the table suddenly went flying into the middle of her path, stopping her from moving despite her intangible form, and she drew back as a katana slashed through the table, nearly cutting Azusa as she returned to her normal form.
“What are you doing, Tokugawa?” Azusa demanded angrily as Tsubaki pointed the katana’s tip at Azusa.
“I already explained this.” Tsubaki said shamelessly. “I truly believe we should let Azusa have the diadem.”
“You’re mad, Tokugawa.” Azusa growled. “You know full well that that woman intends to use it for her own purposes.”
“Perhaps.” Tsubaki shrugged. “But even so, that is none of my concern. I’m confident that Einsberg-dono doesn’t directly intend any harm with it.”
“How can you trust her?”
“Because, despite her, ah…blunt nature…”
“She’s a selfish, self-serving, self-absorbed, egomaniac!”
“But she’s honest about her feelings. We know what to expect from her, to an extent. Perhaps you could learn from her.”
Azusa muttered under her breath angrily at Tsubaki’s words. This is why she avoided the Tokugawa family for so long. She despised their ‘bushido’—the way of a samurai. The mentality was so recklessly imprudent, it made her itch just to remember. People weren’t meant to wear their hearts on their sleeves. That’s way those kinds of people typically die early.
The worst part was that she knew that Tsubaki could see just how big an ego Adelheid carried. A blind person could see it. If they didn’t, they’d definitely run into it when passing by. And yet she was willingly choosing to see the better side of Adelheid, as if there was one!
“If anything happens, don’t look for me.” Azusa muttered bitterly as she relaxed her stance. Tsubaki smiled gratefully as she bowed her head.
“Thank you, Miss Kuchiki.”
Azusa watched as Adelheid finished the sealing and the kido seals in the center of the room vanished along with the fox and its flames, all flowing into the diadem. Adelheid strode forward and picked up the diadem, smiling with self-satisfaction.
“I’ll be taking this.” She told Azusa. Azusa just looked to Naoko, her last hope for resistance. But Naoko just shrugged. Azusa should have known better than hope for him to be of much help.
“At least give your word that if you find any pertinent information, you’ll report it. Especially if it’s anything regarding history, so it can be recorded in our library.”
“Of course, of course. I always keep my word.” Adelheid bowed her head before turning to leave.
“One question.” Tsubaki said, stopping Adelheid from leaving by placing a hand on her shoulder. “When I was smoking out the last of the Kasumiōji assassins, I managed to force one to tell me who sent them. They tell me that it wasn’t their matriarch, Rurichiyo, but someone else who was acting on information you had given them.”
“Really?” Adelheid arched her eyebrows in surprise. “I had gone to tell them about the situation with the diadem and ran into their steward, who had tried to assassinate me in a very flashy display. But he was not present when I spoke to Lady Rurichiyo and Lord Shu, so I cannot imagine it was him.”
“Leave the child to govern her own House.” Azusa sighed. “Just tell her that there is an independent party among her family and for her to watch her back. If she doesn’t learn to deal with it herself, she will never grow up.”
“So very, very cold.” Naoko sniggered. “It’s such a turn on, Azu-nyan.”
“Get out of my house.” Azusa muttered. “All of you. I have to pay for the damages.”
“Alright, alright.” Naoko shrugged in exasperation as he followed Adelheid out the door. Tsubaki didn’t trial behind them, however, looking at Azusa a little guiltily.
“I’m afraid much of this damage is my own fault.” She said calmly. “Plus, I ended up scratching your katana went I split your table in half. I feel I should compensate.”
“The katana is for display—I honestly expected you to break it. The scratch means nothing. And the table was cheap.” Azusa waved aside Tsubaki’s offer indifferently. Azusa was about to shoo her out when something cut into her mind. She still hadn’t figured it out… “Tokugawa, you don’t happen to know anything about the Sanzu River beyond the norm, do you?”
“You mean the dragon infested one? Not particularly, no. Why?”
“No reason.” Azusa sighed. “Go warn Rurichiyo about her internal affairs. I need to clean up.”
“As you wish.” Tsubaki bowed politely. “Good day, Azusa-dono.”
Azusa was about to complain about the use of her name, but decided against it, just sighing. “Good day, Tokugawa.”
To be continued...
Exorcist: Vice-Commander of the space pirates, at your service!
Wantadog: Um...you realize that you're not a 'pirate'...
Exorcist: So what? This is much better! *freezes* Wait...pirates...character concept...BLUEBELL!!!!
Bluebell: *Smashes through door to the bridge and strides in, following by hundreds of men behind her, carrying firearms* Alright, you son of a *****! We're here to take over your ship!!
Exorcist: *Hides behind Wantadog* We're all gonna die or be turned into man slaves!!
Wantadog: She's your character, isn't she? Control her!
Exorcist: Not when she's like this! She becomes a ruthlessly murderer of the sea! I knew I should have made her more like Marika from Bodacious Space Pirates!! T.T
Wantadog: Who? *notices BP floating outside in the vacuum of space, his head about to explode from the pressure and lack of air* CAPTAIN!!!!
Exorcist: Well, looks like it's my ship now. Don't worry, I'll protect the ship! *Five moments later, he's outside too, head about to explode*
Wantadog: *backing away from Bluebell and her crew* Um...mercy?
Bluebell: Sure, why not? Men! We're turning this ship around to crash it into the earth's atmosphere! Prepare to watch our enemy's annihilation!!
Men: YEAH!!!
Wantadog: *Sit tied up in Bluebell's pirate space ship as he watched the old ship fly into the earth and explode* I actually survived... *See BP and Exorcist floating through the space outside, headless* I SURVIVED!!!!!
P.S. Brent Spiner, if I portrayed you wrong, it was on purpose!!! D:<
BP: *Still in space* ".....it's my ship....."
Bluebell: *Remains silent*
Isaac: "Captain Bluebell, Here's the item you requested."
Bluebell: *approaches Wantadog menacingly* "So then, you thought you were safe? Well think again, I know your weakness!"
Wantadog: *le gasp* "You wouldn't!"
Bluebell: *Takes pizza and a garbage can* "Oh yes I would!" *Throws a slice away*
Wantadog: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Toku: *Sneaks into engineering and begins sabotaging the ship, but is caught and tied upside down from the ceiling.*
Epicness!!! I have to write one now as well. XD
Bp: Lucky that chump, Wantadog, wrote in a ship for himself, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to acquire such a vessel. Perhaps I should the return the favor. I'll simply write in one of his characters and claim the International Rule of Character Writification.
Wantadog's voice echoing up from his spaceship: Bp, you bastard!
(Bp uses the law to write in Mishiranu and have a surprise for Wantadog. xD)
Bp: So, Mishiranu, you wanted to have revenge on Wantadog, right?
Mishiranu: Ohhhhh, yes... That bastard said he was gonna write me out of the RP, I'll KILL him!
Bp: Mwahahahahahaha!
Mishiranu: What are you laughing at? *eyes narrowed*
Bp: Oh, nothing... Did I say somethin'?
Mishiranu: Weirdo. Alright hurry up and let Wantadog in!
Bp: Hmmm, shall I?
Mishiranu: Don't mock me! I'll end your life.
Bp: Alright, alright... sheesh!
(Bp puts auto-pilot on and leads Mishiranu down to the brig, where Wantadog is tied up. Bp opens the door to the brig and walks in...)
Wantadog: Bastard! You stole my spaceship... Hey, why is she with you?!
Mishiranu: Hahahaha! Wantadog, you bastard! I'm going to murder ya!!!!
Wantadog: Bp, you bastard! Write her out, now!
Bp: Sorry, dude, but the International Law of Character Writification applies here...
Wantadog: Dammit! I shouldn't have told you about that stupid law!
Mishiranu: "Any last words?"
Wantadog: "Ya...This statement is false."
Mishiranu: "What, that can't be..."
Wantadog: "What would happen if Pinocchio said his nose was going to grow?"
Mishiranu: *Drops sword and takes thinking pose* "That's a good question...."
BP: "Wait....what is happening?"
Wantadog: "Now to finish, New mission; Refuse this mission!"
*Mishiranu grabs head and groans*
BP: "Oh, come on!"
Wantadog: *somehow untied* "Time to get working."
BP: *Feels a sword on his throat.*
*Exorcist's voice floats up.* "Ha! You just got pwned!"
Nikumu: "So what now?"
Wantadog: "Not your time to be revealed yet. Wait for the filler arc."
*Nikumu changes into Toku* "So what now?"
Wantadog: "Better! tie him up and let's get going!"
(Two hours later)
Wantadog: "hellz yeah! I got control of the whole galaxy in 2 hours! Who knew people were so weak against paradox's"
BP: "Stop right there, evil doer!"
Wantadog: *Raises eyebrows*
BP: "I always wanted to say that."
Whiteflame stands beside BP. "Wantadog, you should stop writing so many skits."
Wantadog: "How did you escape?"
BP: Toku can't tie a knot. Now watch! *BP uses the law once again, to write in all the characters that Wantadog decided not to use in the RP.*
Wantadog: *Surrounded by 30,000+ people....* "Dang..."
Adelheid: Cease this!!!
Everyone: *Looks up to see her sitting in the captain's seat, glaring at them. Exorcist appears on the bridge, head fully intact*
Exorcist: Ada, dear, let's not be drastic now...
Adelheid: Not a word, child! Watch your tongue or I'll cut it out for you and force it down your throat so you know just how foul your words are!
BP: I think I know why Exorcist calls her a 'Queen' now...
Wantadog: What? Why-oh.
Exorcist: Alright, Ada, lets just calm down. There is no need to go all dominitrix on us-- *suddenly tosses a hand grenade and throws himself to the ground. An explosion wipes out all the characters from the spaceship's bridge* Hah! It worked, just like in the movies!
BP: Dude, you almost killed us!
Exorcist: 'Almost' being the key word.
Whiteflame: Well, at least we've got the ship back.
Wantadog: Hey, what is that? It looks like a massive blackhole.
Exorcist: Oh, that's because it is one. It should warp us to another dimension along with the ship; so no worries.
BP: Really? I read that when you enter a black hole, it stretches you so thin that your internal structures are crushed.
Everyone:....... *alarms start blaring*
Whiteflame: I have the solution! *writes the black hole out of existence* Phew...that was close.
BP: How did you do that? You're not even the one writing this!
Exorcist: I gave him the power to get rid of the blackhole because I didn't want to, you know, DIE.
Wantadog: Then why didn't you write out the black hole? In fact, why did you write it in to begin with?
Exorcist: I'm complicated.
I guess it is my turn now, but I'll have a post up later... I can't think of anything to write, at the moment. I promise, once it is done, it will be utterly amazing. XD
(I'm kidding... I doubt it'll be that amazing)
Raijin: Amazing? Just who are you kidding?! You suck!
Bp: Hey! Fuck you...
Raijin: What was that, bastard??!!
Bp: I said: 'fuck you!', or need I spell it out clearer?
Raijin: I'm gonna kill ya!
(Bp writes him out of the skit.)
Bp: That was too easy, I wonder what will happen now?
Wantadog: Hey! I have a surprise for you!
Bp: Hey, what gives, I wasn't planning on writing you in here...
Wantadog: That's not very nice...
Bp: Last time, you tied me up and took over the ship I procured from you and you always write Raijin into your skits... I'd write you in, if you left Raijin out of your skits.
Wantadog: Fine, okay then... That ruins my surprise for you... sorta!
(Raijin appears again)
Raijin: Got you now, bastard!
Bp: Wantadog... you bastard!!!
Wantadog: Mwhahahahahahahaha!!!! I fooled you, didn't I?
Exoricst: Huh? What you talking about?
Whiteflame: You okay?
Whiteflame: You okay?
BP: Stop it! I know what you're doing!
Adelheid: Stop speaking nonsense!
Adelheid: Stop speaking nonsense!
Bp: I'm running away. I can't stand the weirdness of all you people.
Wantadog: Look who's talking. Trolololol
Whiteflame: I think he's gone insane. We better admit him to an asylum for the mentally unstable.
Exorcist: Yeah, I guess Flame has a point.
Bp: Noooooooo!!!!
Well, I'm going to be gone tomorrow through Sunday, so Fazoodle gets to post right away, since I most probably won't get the chance post at all while I'm gone T.T Best of luck to you all.
Exorcist: Well, we could either send him to the cuckoo house with the veterans from Nam...or we can start talking gibberish and pretend we understand each other until he goes insane.
BP: That's not going to work. i just heard you.
Exorcist: Ah yes, point taken. Like the right side of the earth's axis, all is subjective and difficult to understand, lest all humanity be a single united network of minds without personality.
Whiteflame: But the consequences wouldn't outwiegh all the surplus genes, after all. Last I checked, rocks were more valuable than paper.
BP: Wait...what?
Wantadog: Oh, they're just talking about the theory of the intangible brown orange. Didn't you catch the news in the last rectification?
Wantadog: Oh,they're just talking about the theory of the intangible brown orange. Didn't you catch the news in the last rectification?
Wantadog: Kekekeke...wait. We killed him!
Exorcist: Hah.
Wantadog: "So then...which mental facility shall he go to?"
BP: "Come on! We can work this out, right?"
Whiteflame: "Of course we can. If you don't want to go, you don't have to."
BP: "Really? Thanks Whiteflame! I knew I could count on-"
Whiteflame: "WE just have to give him to Mayuri."
BP: "T_T"
Exorcist: "Good idea! Let's go get him now!"
(In Hueco Mundo)
Shuhei: "Yes, lord Aizen? You summoned me?"
Aizen: "Yes, we are running out of tea, go fetch more."
Shuhei: "T-tea?"
Aizen: "That's right, you were demoted....or should I say, replaced"
Shuhei: "REPLACED? Who on earth could replace me?"
Aizen: "Who said anything about Earth?"
*Shuhei gets knocked down by a small object*
Yachiru: "Hiya! Nice to see ya again, Numbers!"
Shuhei: "Y-Y-Yachiru? Why are you here?"
Aizen: "Shuhei, meet Yachiru, your replacement."
Shuhei: "T_T"
