i'd say more of a "big sister" but yeah motherly figure works to.

i think tatsuki is more like mother-figure to orihime because she always protects orihime from people who make her cry and chizuru^^ she also brings her food

Agree Big Sister might fit the relationship between the two a bit better because she does protect her from others who try to hurt or make her cry no matter who it is she does bring her food too,big siblings can do things like that too but a mother figure works too!

I have to agree Tatsuki is just like a big sister to Orihime~ Though I suppose Motherly works as well~ -chuckles- It's really heartwarming to see them together. I really love how Tatsuki always protects Orihime from those make her cry or try to hurt her. Their bond as friends is very deep and beautiful. The two of them really make me smile~
