Cosmic Wimpout 

This game is simple enough that I've taught it to more than a score of my friends over the years. We usually play at restaurants while waiting for our food to arrive.

Note that it can be played with standard 6-sided dice (such as you'd find in Yahtzee), as long as one of them is a different color. The official dice are more fun to view, though.
