Why didn't Willow heal Tara?

When Tara was shot, why didn't Willow heal her? She took the bullet out of Buffy, and healed her. Why couldn't she do the same to Tara? I know she was shot in the heart, but still, with all her power, Don't te think she could have done it?

I think that Tara had died instantly... too quickly for Willow to do anything. o maybe Willow was in such shock she didn't think to heal her until it was too late.

Tara died instantly. To 'heal her" she'd need to bring her back to life. And she couldn't do that because Tara didn't die a Supernatural death. Willow could heal Buffy since Buffy was wasn't dead yet.
