Did Willow and Buffy ever find out that Xander remembered everything that happened when he was a hyena?

ok so I just recently re-watched the sixth episode of Season 1 the Pack and at the end of it Xander lies about not remembering what happened when he was a hyena, so I was wondering if it ever came up later on like if Buffy and Willow ever found out that he remember the repulsive things he did as a hyena?

I think they mentioned it once in season 2 when -there was werewolf attacks & Xander mentioned how knows how the werewolf feels > then Buffy & Willow were like ow i thought u didnt remember
