i saw all the season of buffy the vampire slayer the only thing i didnt like was the end i just want to know what happen then did buffy do anything else with her life did she get back with Angel o did spike get back

Angel and Spike fight the forces of evil in L.A. And Buffy no longer trusts Angel because he agreed to run Wolfram and Hart.
