Dean repeatedly bashed his head softly against the bacheca of his prison. He had no idea what time it was, but he could feel he was running out of it. If he didn’t get out soon both he and Cas would be doomed for eternity.
“Gabriel?” he detto when a thought crossed his mind. “What happens when te try to escape?”
“They kill you” Gabriel replied. No need to sugar cappotto it.
“Yes, but right away?” Dean asked.
“They take te to Raphael” Balthazar replied slowly. “Then he kills you”
“Is there a chance they took the box to wherever Raphael is?” Dean continued.
“I know what you’re thinking, but let me tell te it’s a long shot” Gabriel detto warning. “Too long”
“What’s the alternative? Stay here and die? I have to do something. I promised Cas I would get Meg back for him and I will. o I’ll die trying” Dean answered angry and fierce.
“You’re signing your own death” Balthazar commented, but Dean ignored him. He crawled towards the entrance and lay on his back. He moved his leg back and forth and kicked the bars. The racket seemed to echo down the entire spazio and Dean was certain the angeli must’ve heard it.
He kicked again, but still no movement.
“Be quiet!” someone yelled.
Dean kicked again and again until the bottom side of the bars gave way. He crawled to the entrance and started sculling the bars until he’d made a gap big enough for him to crawl underneath.
He crawled underneath it and felt the bottom of the bars scratch his back and ruin his jacket. It took him several, long minuti to free himself, but at last he succeeded.
He stood, and the moment he did two strong hands grabbed him. Dean looked beside him. Cas was holding his left arm, some other Angel his right.
Without saying anything they disappeared with him and reappeared in a big white room with white tables and white chairs and angeli wearing white suits.
Cas pushed Dean on the floor, before Raphaels feet.
“You were trying to escape” Raphael said. “Do te know what happens to people who try to escape? They die”
He lay his hand on Dean’s head and a bright light radiated from it. Dean felt the life being drained from him, when suddenly he remembered the sword Anna had dato him.
He opened his eyes to see Raphael had closed his in focus. Dean stuck his hand in his giacca and produced the Angel sword. With a quick swing he stabbed Raphael in his side, breaking the angel’s physical contact with him.
Taking advantage of the brief moment of pandemonium Dean rushed inoltrare, avanti where he’d seen the box on a table.
“Stop him!” Raphael shouted in panic, unable to do anything else. Naomi flew right in front of Dean, trying to prevent him from opening the box, but Dean held up the sword and forced her back.
He quickly opened the box and challengingly read the Enochian inscription. Several strings of oro swirled out of the box, coursed to the floor and disappeared. Dean assumed they were going back to earth.
Forgetting about the sword Naomi jumped forward, but all she grabbed was thin air. Dean had disappeared.

Since there was no way any of them was going to get any sleep, they packed their bags and loaded the Impala. Dean placed himself behind the wheel, Sam sat successivo to him and Meg on the backseat.
“First stop: Pontiac, Illinois” Dean said, as he started the engines and drove ahead. As they drove Dean turned on the radio to break the silence.
Meg stared out of the window. She felt utterly powerless. Had she still been a demon she would’ve just zapped herself to him. But then maybe she wouldn’t have felt this way and she wouldn’t even bother to go find him.
Maybe this was a sign. Maybe she was supposed to let go and go back to her old life.
No!, she reproached herself. You’re not going back to killing for fun. te didn’t get this far to throw it all away. You’re going to find Cas and get him back.
“Everything okay, there?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, I’m good” Meg replied with a mischievous smile.
