Please help...

I don't know what's wrong with my cat, normaly he eats every chance he gets and drinks a lot of milk, but now he refused to eat for almost a week, he Lost a lot of weight, he's been drinking less water and no milk, and last night he was bleeding from his hind quarters.

Please help...
