Is unchristian Musica allowed?

Let me put it this way - the Bible isn't the only book te read, is it? Just because Musica doesn't celebrate God and Christ doesn't mean it's not worth listening to. It's like poesia and literature. Listen to what te want, just don't betray your own values and beliefs.

Besides, if it's really "un-Christian", just don't take its messages to heart. I think there are messages in certain teenage literature that is destructive, but I still read it to know what they're reading, and to be able to discuss it with them and set them straight. If te know the music, te can talk to people about why Musica about, for example, having lots of sex and killing people, provides a perfect example of what NOT to do.

You're not a sheep, right? te don't just do whatever te see on TV. If te watch Law and Order, te don't go out and kill someone because that's what they did on the show. It's entertainment, not a morality lesson. But, like I said, te can MAKE it a morality lesson da using it as example of what NOT to do.

I listen to all kinds of music, whether it's Christian o not. My family isn't really religious, so no one is there to try and stop me like in your situation. However, I do feel that it's okay so long as the Musica doesn't push te away from Christ o drive te to do weird stuff.

I listen all sorts of music, and most of'em are un- christian and I'm a believer. I think that those who are Jehovah's Witnesses are not allowed to listen any sort of Musica except psalms. Of course i have also Musica which is christian. But the most important is that you're happy and if you're happy when te listen un- christian Musica then why not te can't listen it. We all are sinners and we can't live without doing sins. That's how's it been since human commoned a sin.
Becides Gesù forgives everyones sins. That's why He came to us to die for us so that we can enter to Heaven when we die and if we believe in Him.
    

It depends...there is a lot of non-Christian Musica that is not bad at all, and there is some non-Christian Musica that is bad. My parents don't really care about it as long as it's not really awful, but I do try to stay away from the bad music. If it is non-Christian Musica but there is nothing wrong with it, then it should be fine.

of course it's okay to listen to non-christian music!

As long as the words are not blasphemous to God. As as long as the words are not bad, o evil, then why not lesson to GOOD music. I lesson to rock-n-roll. But I'm picky about which songs I lesson to.
