I must confess, I am not a Christian. Nevertheless, it is my sincere belief that most Christians, even those who cannot condone homosexuality, orso no ill will towards gays and lesbians, and any who do have been blinded da prejudice and have Lost the light of Christ.

Regardless of one's opinion on the issues, these are people. They are not disgusting o evil o second-class citizens, they are human beings, and being gay is just a part of who they are, but not all of who they are. The domanda was not asking about your moral stance on the issue of homosexuality, it was asking if te hated them. The answer of the kind of Christians I admire would be, "Regardless of how I feel about homosexuality, I do not hate gay people." Period.

Also, be careful how te phrase your opinions. I know several people who irritatingly says, "I don't hate Christians, but I find their beliefs disgusting and naive." Wouldn't that offend you? It's called a veiled insult. te may not hate them, but calling them "creepy," "gross" o even "wrong" can come off as very hurtful to others Leggere your comments. Just think about that when te share your opinions.

I believe homosexuality is a sin. I do not hate them. I have coworkers and aquaintances who happen to live a gay life style. We just agree to disagree. As far as gay rights, I am against gay marriage just because of the defintion of marriage. However, I believe that they deserve the same rights and protection under the law.
To add, I would be against an unmarried hetrosexual couple enjoying the same rights/privliges as a married couple. This may sound old fashoined, but sex outside of marriage is still considered sin. Just as I can Amore and respect such a couple, so can I Amore those involved in other sin.
While I do not approve of the lifestyle, I think homosexuals are stereotyped because of a small group evil people who happen to be gay. "Those who break the law should be punished the same as a straight person." People are individuals, and should be treated as such.
I share the truth in love. It is thier choice to accept o reject. Scripture tells us that Christians who do not Amore will have to give an account at the judgment. Just as we all will be judge for every thought o action. Christians are also people deserving of judgement. It is only da the love, grace and mercy of God that Christ took our punishment on the cross. It is the attraversare, croce that makes possible forgiveness.

My uncle who died last anno was gay (but he detto he chose to be that way). Five of my Friends are bisexual, even my mom. I have a friend who is an atheist. But, guess what? There's nothing wrong with being friends/loving them. Certain things in the Bible is obsolete. Like playing with a pigskin was wrong and women had no rights then as well. First of all, as for my feelings towards them - to answer your question, yes. Some of the worst intolerance I've experienced has been from homosexuals o those who support it. I've noticed they have a "ACCEPT IT o ELSE!" mentality. Even if I had no bad experiences - look at the lesbian mayor in Houston outlawing a priests' right to preach what the Bible says of homosexuality; look at the numerous businesses fined and harassed da pro-lgbt groups for not catering to gay weddings, gay couple photography, etc.; look at the pro-lgtb curriculum that was written da a pedophile (ben levin is one of them, aimed at sexualizing children K-12). Teaching children as young as 5 that they might not be the gender they think they are...now that is messed up. No other demographic has done that. If they can close down entire streets just to have their very own pride parades, displaying nude obscene acts where the public and children can see, attacking those who peacefully protest, then they don't have it as bad as they like to say they do. Simply put - the pro-gay movement is not about tolerance at all, the way it attacks democratic rights and freedoms so often.
If te were to research one of the contributors of the gay movement - John Money (deranged pedophile, "sexologist") - te would see that that movement has a very disturbing background.

well, this is what i know from what i discuss at length at my youth retreat. it does have to do with religion. it says in the bible how 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - "Do te not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God." BUT later says 1 Corinthians 6:11 - "And that is what some of te were. But te were washed, te were sanctified, te were justified in the name of the Lord Gesù Christ and da the Spirit of our God." so the subject of the matter da itself it not very clear.. another verse that says "Leviticus 20:13 - "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."
therefore, depending on which version of the bible te use o your denomination and how te interpret it it could go many ways. my feeling is that i dont particularly think that homosexuality is right nor do i think it is wrong. i dont have much of a stance on this matter but one this is clear to me, i do not believe that just because someone is of that nature should be persecuted because of such.. te are right on the point that though god does not in particular like this way of life, he still loves his children and he does not wish for te to hate those who have sinned.

I had a best friend who was gay and it difficult dealing with her since I strong Christian conviction on it. Is it agianst the bible, yes. Did I hate her, no. "Hate" -as a Christain "hate" goes against the very core foundation of any Christianity. There is supposed to be Amore and acceptance for all human beings.

I don't hate them, I think that they should be treated the same as others. Read Lev. 18:22, Lev. 20:13, 1 Cor. 6:9-10, & Rom. 1:26-28. Those verses pretty much clear up how God feels about homosexuals. But They will get their punishment in the afterlife, It doesn't mean we should persecute them now.

I have a close family member who's homosexual. I never hated him for it. He knows where I stand and we have Friends like that. They come over and I treat them like everyone else (I live with him). I don't hate gay and lesbian people because I am a Christian. I Amore God and follow Him. I was bisexual since I was very little till Gesù saved me at age 14 and I gave my life to Him. I know all that God says is true. One of my Friends is bisexual. She has a Mom and a Grandmother who follow Christ. She agrees with the Bible minus Leviticus 18:22 and 1 Corinthians 6:9 (and whatever other Scriptures that talk about homosexuality). I'm not mean to her and I don't tell her the Scriptures every day.
