Comic libri The rivalry between comic book fans: Amore it o hate it?

Everyone has their preference, Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse, etc.
But some fan get very protective o very competitive with fan who enjoy a differing comic book company which is different to theirs.
I'm just curious if te think this is a good thing o a bad thing.
