like 4 o 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
Chop a quarter of the cipolla into little cubes(I put like a quarter of cipolla but if te want più use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the cipolla in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the cipolla looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 secondi of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
te can use some torillas if te want
