Ok we tried this like 6 months ago and it didnt go so well but the spot look needs updating since its not about 40 being the new 20 anymore, it is more about the ensemble of the cast!

As for the banner I instantly thought of the pic where they were sitting pool side. I was thinking maybe this pic for the banner simply because you get to see the wine glasses in all of their hands and you also have the title since the Icon pic I posted didn't. But I would definitely go with a pool side pic for the banner. It just really defines the show in my opinion.
