Afew months later, Spencer was finally free of his nightmares-for good! He was finally on some meds to help get rid of them. He never had to keep a journal again. The best part is, he slept all through the night at night. Everyone at the BAU was releaved. Especially Derek. After the case in Sacramento, Derek made a promise to Spencer that he'd always listen.
