we actually like twilight, and read the books/movies over and over again. we pride ourselfs in knowing small things. and i'm sorry but why would anyone who hates something wanna know a lot about it? that would be so dumb

We've done our homework, we know exactly why this story just does not work and why it shouldn't be considered a vampire love story, but instead a story of an evil fary who likes to take control of a girl who can't think or do anything for herself.

I think you moreso know about your personal opinion than you do about the actual story.

I'm not a Twilight fan but on the polls on this site you see questions like: Who is EdWaRd (FOR POTTER FANSSS)
when we do really know quite a bit.

Knowing who Edward is isn't very impressive. People who haven't even read a book or seen a movie know who Edward is.

I don't know where you got the Potter thing from.

I've been on both sides of the fence (I was a Twilight fan before I lost interest in it...I don't think I quite qualify as a 'hater,' so to speak). I personally believe that whoever has looked more into the series (i.e. reading the books, watching the movies) knows more about it; it can be a fan or a 'hater.' Because there are some fangirls that have only watched the movies for the 'hawt gaiz' that never paid attention to anything else, and there are 'haters' that decided to give the series a chance and read the books, or at least book one. Or there are fans that have read all of the books and watched all of the movies, and there are 'haters' that don't know a thing about Twilight, and just flame it because of the hype.

Depends. Lovers know the series well from reading/watching. Haters research/read/watch to verify their debate points
