for me the BEST: would have to be beauty and the beast, because of all the deep elements behind it, love, redemption, loyalty, frienship, development, growth, never judge a book da it's cover. yes, all of the things that te could ever want in a true relationship.

WORST: derek and odette in the cigno princess, it's obvious, that if she didn't have the looks, he never would have married her, and it's as simple as that.

Worst...maybe Fred and Daphne from Scooby Doo. I dunno, I just remember them being particularly cringeworthy, especially for a kids show.
