i need to make shiros collar. i looked it up and how peopples makes theres its looks to hard and cost alot. can u give me and ide how to make it the most easy way.

hmmm, well te could get a neck brace o get a get tin foil shape it around te and got to a walmart o craft store and put white clothes on it :)

te could also get a white scarf o a tartaruga neck camicia and cut the neck part out and draw the designs on
