Jim and Dilbert head down a very rocky road towards the ocean which is flooded with junk. Cans, food, and tons of napkins. "We have to clean all of this?!" Jim exclaims. He was always used to community service but this was the only time he wanted to get out of it. Normally, the police would give him community service da donating o helping the elderly. "Yes. It says here," Dilbert clears his throat and adjusts his large glasses. "Jim Hawkins must do community service near the spiaggia and clean it all up da sunset." Dilbert reads to Jim very clearly. "Those damn cops..." Jim mutters under his breath. "I'm sorry?" Dilbert asks. Jim gives Dilbert a stare which meant: Nothing. "So, where would te like to start?" Before Jim even opens his mouth to say a word, Dilbert sees a faraway figure in the distance. "Who is...that?" There is a young woman with fiery red hair wearing a beautiful blue dress. Her eyes are closed like she is enjoying the water coming at her feet. "Excuse me?! Ma'am!" Jim calls to the girl. She opens her eyes and walks slowly towards the two men. "Yes?" she asks. "Are-are te okay miss?" Dilbert domande her. "Why, of course I am!" The girl looks as if she is about Jim's age but in the distance she looks older. She bites her lip. "Do te have someplace to stay? Where did te come from? Why were you-" "Dilbert, shut up." Surprisingly, Jim detto that in a polite way. "I can answer all of those domande for you! The first one, no I do not. And da the way, my name is Ariel." The sound of Ariel's name soothed Jim and made him feel like he had just met a goddess. "Well, come with us." Jim says. "Okay." Ariel says cautiously.

Ariel has followed Jim and Dilbert all the way to the Benbow Inn and once they arrive everyone stares at the trio. "Jim? I thought te were doing community service!" Jim's mother exclaims as she runs over to them dropping all of the dirty dishes she had picked up. "Who is this?" She looks at Ariel but Ariel smiles at her. "Mom, this is Ariel. We found her in the ocean." "Ocean?" "Yeah. And she...well...kind of doesn't have a place to stay." Jim's mother had already known what Jim was going for in his sentence. "Are te suggesting she stays here?" "Don't worry about a thing! I will be on task for as long as te want me to stay! That is, if te want me here." Ariel gives Mrs. Hawkins pleading eyes and she gives in. "Alright. Jim, go back to community service. I will mostra Ariel the guest room."

{A/N}: Sorry I forgot to put how Ariel turned into a human. It's the same as what happened in the original movie. Only this time she didn't trade her voice. She traded her place as Princess. Which means she has a whole week to fall in Amore o else she'll turn back into a mermaid and won't be a princess anymore.
