My personal list:

10. Cinderella
Though I Amore the lyrics and Cinderella's soothing voice, there are no songs that actually stand out for me. I think the soundtrack is a tad bit unoriginal and too simple for my taste.

Favorite Song: A Dream is a Wish Your cuore Makes
Least preferito Song: The Work Song

9. Tangled
I'm not saying the songs are not well composed but honestly, I'm just not fond of this soundtrack. Mother Knows Best Reprise is the only song that I think is remarkable; the score and lyrics.

Favorite Song: Mother Knows Best Reprise
Least preferito Song: I've got a Dream

8. Princess and the Frog
I don't really know why so many dislike this soundrack. I think the songs are memorable and I Amore Jazz music. Some songs are really fun such as Friends on the Other Side and Keith David's voice is just awesome. The problem is that I only really like two of the songs in the movie.

Favorite Song: Down in New Orleans Reprise
Least preferito Song: When We're Human

7. Sleeping Beauty
Yes the score is grandiose and there's nothing really like it. Aurora is a wonderful singer but Once Upon a Dream is the only song I really like so I cannot put Sleeping Beauty's soundtrack any higher.

Least preferito Song: Skumps

6. Snow White and the 7 dwarves
The songs are cute and fun. They stay in my head even though they are rather meaningless. Overall, I Amore it, it's too sweet. The Canto is impressive even if Snow White's voice can get on my nerves sometimes.

Least preferito Song: A Smile and a Song

5. The Little Mermaid
The songs are so fun, I wouldn't exactly listen to it over and over again but they're awesome overall. I think Ariel's voice deserves the hype it gets and Sebastian is just so cool, I especially Amore his songs.

Favorite Song: Part of Your World Reprise
Least preferito Song: Daughters of Triton

4. Aladdin
I think the soundtrack is gorgeous and fun at the same time. It's really my kind of music, it's so magical in my opinion. Though the score might not be one of the best, I still Amore it regardless and the songs are super memorable.

Favorite Song: Prince Ali
Least preferito Song: One Jump Ahead

3. Mulan
While there are only 4 songs, I seriously Amore all of them. I'll Make a Man Out of te screams epicness and it's my preferito Disney song ever. Reflection is a little cheesy but I Amore it and I find the other 2 songs sweet. I am in Amore with the characters' voices, mainly Shang's. Some may say the score is nothing special but I think Mulan's Decision is just wow, it gives me goosebumps.

Least preferito Song: Honor to us all

2. Pocahontas
The songs are flawless except for the lyrics in my opinion. Ratcliffe's songs are amazing but the messages to them are quite stupid. Also colori of the Wind is gorgeous but what the hell is she really trying to say? To me, Just Around the River Bend has much better lyrics than the rest and most can relate to them. The score is magnificent, especially at the ending.

1. Beauty and the Beast
I think all the songs are amazing and timeless, some are so romantic. The score is just breathtaking, almost on the same level as Sleeping Beauty's in my opinion. Some songs also has its funny moments. Personally, I can't say anything bad about Beauty and the Beast's soundtrack, I think it's perfect.

rhythmicmagic This was interesting and your described everything in clear, concise points. I agree with a lot of it, and my bottom two are yours switched. Glad you like Princess and the Frog's soundtrack, even though you have it so low. On Mulan's score, I actually think it is the best of all the DP scores, and Mulan's Decision is my favorite score of all time!

shanyuisboss Your opinion, but maybe you really gotta listen to what she is saying in colors of the wind and you will really understand. Colors of the Wind is by far along with god help the outcast has the most powerful lyrics of all the disney songs if you listen carefully. Trust me, everyone can relate to it.

iHyrule I can't believe you dislike With a Smile and a song! D; Also Down in New Orleans Reprise is also my favorite song in PATF, it's also the only song I remember other then the song Tiana sings about her restaurant. (Sorry I got a huge brain fart and can't remember the name of the song.) Edit: Almost there lol i remember right after I entered my comment. xD

maryksand The article is, as always, carefully structured, eloquently worded and overall insightful and detailed. I agree with a lot of your critique and general ranking, although I do have the Tangled soundtrack significantly higher for reasons more personal than analytical seeing as this movie's musical score and songs, though ultimately gorgeous, catchy and speak to me on a profound level in terms of lyrics, don't hold a candle to more remarkable Disney soundtracks such as TLM, Mulan and Pocahontas. BaTB is closer to the middle of my list in regards to music and is imo as overrated as just about anything related to this movie. With that said, once again, the article is outstanding. Great job!

maryksand ^ Haha, well, I've been thinking about making one, but in order to actually come up with a constructive informative article such as the ones you provide for this club I would need to sit down and eloquently point out all the strong and weak sides of the DP movies soundtracks which I might be too lazy to do. But maybe I will:)

Mongoose09 Nice article, glad to see 'One Song' get a mention! I'm glad you also have 'Just Around the Riverbend' as your fav Pocahontas song, that's my fav too but sadly it gets overshadowed by 'Colors of the Wind', when even though I like both, I much prefer the former. Happy to see Beauty and the Beast at #1, the only song I'm meh about in that movie is "Human Again", the others I love - 'Belle' is my favourite tied with 'Be Our Guest' =)

All righty everyone! As my first countdown since my return I figured it would be nice to do something a little shorter than normal, so I decided to focus on just the poofy ballgowns. I've always been a huge fan of poofy dresses. They're just so fun! I Amore the huge skirts. Looking over this lista I laugh, because it seems like I always like the aspects of the dresses that everyone else hates. Guess I just have unpopular fashion opinions? Im re-posting this articolo just like I did with the Merida one. So yeah....
A lot of people call the classics Mary-Sues and I strongly disagree, and I have much evidence to prove that they are far from perfect. But hey, their opinion, I'll respect that. Here we go...

Here is why they are underrated

3)Need a Prince for rescue
