 The fearless princess
The fearless princess
I wanted to do this for a while, but I wanted to wait until Frozen came out before I did. Plus, I have school and tutoring so I really didn't have time. Anyways, here is my long-awaited preferito DP list.

13. Merida
precedente Position: 11
*Blows a deep breath* Merida. (Read in same tone as Nostalgia Chick uses when she detto “Anime” in her superiore, in alto ten hottest animated guys countdown.) I want to like her, I really do. But I just... can't. I dislike Merida. I do admit that she did a great thing at the end: admit that she was bad and selfish and accept responsibility for it. But I honestly don't see her as the badass role model everyone sees her as. She's not a very original character, and she brings nothing new to the DP lineup.

12. Jasmine
precedente Position: 10
Starting from here is where I start to like the princesses. For a while, I could not stand her and thought she was a spoiled brat (I still think she's spoiled). I dislike how she yells at people and and how that somehow makes her strong and independent. I have a love-hate relationship with her. She does act like a hypocritical brat. However, I think this makes her realistic.

11. Pocahontas
precedente Position: 9
This is where I start to Amore the princesses. I Amore how she's graceful, yet strong and athletic. She is very sophisticated and noble. I also relate to her indecisiveness. I REALLY wanna make sure I do the right thing. Just like her, I also procrastinate. She's also very wise, going to help when she needs it.

10. Aurora
precedente Position: 8
I used to didn't like her all that much and think she was bland and boring. Now I admire and really respect her. She's a very underrated Disney Princess. Also, contrary to what people believe, she actually has a personality. She's elegant, she's shy, she's socially awkward, she knows what's the right thing to do, and she puts others over herself. Sounds like a personality to me. She's an amazing role model, too. Aurora is disgustingly underrated (as is the case with the Classic Princesses).

9. Rapunzel
precedente Position: 7
I feel bad for having her this low, I really Amore her. Rapunzel is very charming and is like the modern version of Ariel. I Amore how she spends her time meaningfully, and she's sweet and optimistic. I also REALLY Amore how she's a girly-girl princess, something te rarely see in heroines nowadays.

8. Snow White
precedente Position: 6
I really Amore Snow White. I Amore her optimistic attitude, her work ethic, and her bossiness. When people say she is passive and has no personality, I'm like "... Are we looking at the same Snow White?" I loved her più and più as I got older, she's amazing.

7. Tiana
precedente Position: 5
I Amore how she has a sense of humor and doesn't let her father's death get to her emotions. I also Amore how she learns what's important in the end. Her friendship with carlotta, charlotte is incredibly cute, and she never gets jealous o anything. I also REALLY Amore her work ethic. She's also really cheerful, which I love.

6. Ariel
precedente Position: 4
Ariel is very interesting, and she's the princess I relate to the most. We both like seeing new things, collecting things, exploring, etc. She's a really fun character. Her impulsiveness reminds me of myself.

5. Elsa
Elsa is so unique and complex, the most complex out of all the Disney Princesses. She reminds me a lot of the Classic Princesses: ladylike and reserved. Her having my preferito power just makes her cooler. I Amore how responsible and relatable she is. She's also incredibly admirable. I Amore how her gentle personality contrasts her awesome powers.

4. Mulan
precedente Position: 3
I feel bad for lowering her position, since I REALLY Amore her. People think she's a hardcore, manly tomboy but she's not. She's insecure and timid, which is great because it's relatable. She's very poised, being able to speak eloquently and is actually kinda graceful. I also Amore how she wants to follow tradition, which is rare because nowadays all the kids wanna rebel and the kids are somehow okay with it. Her crush on Shang is really adorable. AND SHE FREAKING SAVED CHINA.

3. Anna
I FREAKING Amore ANNA! She's one of the most realistically written heroines in a long time. I have felt her feelings of isolation. And she's awkward, too, something we all can relate to. She's really selfless, loving, and brave. I Amore how she tries to fix her mistakes, da finding her sister and bringing her back home.

2. Belle
I REALLY, REALLY Amore BELLE. I respect her so much. I can relate to her being a daydreamer and wanting to find adventure. She's also really touching and unselfish, sacrificing herself for her father's life. I really appreciate her as a person and a character.

1. Cinderella
I truly adore Cindy. Cenerentola is so realistic, and yet she's the perfect role model. She's not perfect, she has her flaws. She feels frustration and annoyance, but she doesn't let it bring her down. I wish I was as patient as she was. She's very stoically cheerful, which shows signs of self-respect. Her reaction to her dress being torn apart was very realistic, for someone who has been abused for as long as she was. She's grateful for what she has-her friendship with the mice, and whenever she gets something good. She's stronger than a lot of heroines, despite being called a doormat (which I don't get). She's truly awesome! I also relate to how she gets up in the morning before she started singing, that's me every morning.

On the eighth giorno of Princess Walt Disney gave to me

Eight mice a-sewing

seven dwarves dancing
six sisters singing
five cursed friend

four braiding girls
three fairy spells
two lucky pals
and the wisdom of an old tree.

I guess I have to apologize...I did my best to create pages featuring the princesses as the sole centre of attraction, but with gelsomino that is a little bit difficult because she is usually featured with Aladdin, rarely alone. I could have either found o created a picture of gelsomino if I really wanted to, but I really liked this one and it just seemed to fit her the best. So I made...

On the Third giorno of Princess Walt Disney gave to me,

Three fairy spells,
Two lucky pals,
and the wisdom of an old tree.

Another day, another page for the calendar. And unlike the last one, this one was kind of a headache for me. Remember a while back when I asked te which princess fits which months? Most of te felt that Merida belongs into autumn because of her red hair. Thing is: I already had three princesses for autumn. In addition, I don't think that Ribelle - The Brave is actually set in fall, I think it is either spring o summer during the movie. So I hope that te are not too disappointed that I ended...

On the secondo giorno of Princess Walt Disney gave to me,
Two Lucky pals,
and the Wisdom of an old Tree

So as promised the secondo giorno of goodies with a new page for the calendar. I will, btw, carica all the calendar pages separately in the image section of the spot once my 12 days of princesses are done, and all of them have been revealed. I am pondering if I should also create a version which has all pages on one big sheet. If there is any interest in this, please comment. Also, if someone wants a different seize for the wallpaper then the three I am already offering, I am open for request. Speaking...

It's typical of sequels to come out about 2 o 3 years after the first film. Sometimes, sequels come out the anno after the first one. However, Frozen 2 has come out 6 years after the first film. That's something it has in common with Alice Through the Looking Glass, which came out 6 years after the first film. Of course, the big the domanda is if the wait was worth it. In this review, I will discuss how the two films compare to each other, as well as give my feelings on the premise and cast of characters.

Frozen 2 brings back the cast of the first film (excluding Prince Hans and the Duke...

Wow, ok. It's been five years (oh lordy) since I last wrote one of these, and with a new princess officially in the lineup I think it's high time I revisited my list. Let's do this.

12. Rapunzel

Uuuuuuuuuuuuugh Rapunzellllllllllllllllllll I really wish I liked her più than I do. The funny thing is that I actually think she's a great character and she's also one of my most relatable DPs, but despite this she just doesn't do it for me. There are two primary reasons for this. Firstly, she is not a particularly believable character for me. Seriously, no one would be that socially well-rounded after...

Out of the entire princess lineup, only three of them were the biggest part of my childhood. Cenerentola was sorta part of my childhood but mainly the Brandi Norwood version because I preferred that one over the animated version. And I’m not counting Rapunzel because her movie came out when I was almost an adult.

3. Mulan

A lot of te might know that Mulan is my preferito princess and she’s been number 1 on my lista for years. I was 5 years old when I watched her movie on tape and I remember being so in Amore with her and the movie immediately. Mulan was one of the biggest feminist icone in my...

Okay I have this movie on blu-ray and dvd so I don't even have an excuse for being late on putting this articolo up except maybe this; I don't like this movie as much as I used to...

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I watched this movie as an adult but I still like to think I'm a kid at heart. So if you've read my articolo for Beauty and the Beast, te know I have a huge Amore for Beauty and the Beast, for nostalgia reasons and because I just Amore the movie. So when I watched the trailer for this movie I felt so much...

This is a movie I'm really not looking inoltrare, avanti to watching. I don't mind watching sequels because I used to Amore them so much when I was a kid but Mulan is one of my all-time preferito Film ever and this sequel is like on a Maleficent level of ruining original characters.

Tonight's rewatch: Mulan 2
Last time watched: 2005-2006

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I saw the commercial for this movie when I was 11 and I was excited because, again, Mulan is one of my all-time preferito movies. I didn't actually watch the movie until I was 13 o 14 because I was starting middle school when this...

I'm really looking inoltrare, avanti to watching this one. Mulan was one of my preferito Film growing up!

Tonight's rewatch: Mulan

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I loved this movie when I was a kid! Mulan, both the movie and the character, was actually one of the reasons I became a feminist and why I Amore badass women (kinda why I don't 100% blame the revival era for people hating princesses who find Amore o aren't "kickass"). I used to sing the songs all the time when I was a kid and I loved any merch I could get (which wasn't a lot). I still have my stuffed Cri-Kee that...

This review was originally postato months fa but I deleted it because......I was gonna use it for a school assignment and I didn't wanna leave this up so my lecturer could cerca and accuse me of plagiarism. lmao

Anyway, I ended up not using it and I decided to put it back up.

So right off the bat, I have to say that this movie is very.....average. It honestly feels like a tv episode padded out with songs to make it feature length. Moana is a likable enough character, I can almost pinpoint exact moments where she's like precedente Disney female protagonists like Ariel, Pocahontas, Mulan and Rapunzel...
