Hi everyone, for those of te who don't know, both Film share a common theme with each other that I notice! Aside from being the most highest grossing Film ever, here's my review base on my observations.
Titanic
In case te guys might be watching the movie, during the scene where Jack and Fabrizio are playing poker just moments before the ship takes off. The 2 characters to whom they challenge are 2 Swedes name Olaf and Sven, when I watch this scene for the first time in many years. I keep thinking that the 2 Swedes are going to transform into a snowman and reindeer respectively!
The Musica was really memorable, thanks to the one and only, James Horner (RIP). He also composes many memorable Film like Bicentennial Man, just to name a few! In this movie, Rose's Theme is the same melody to its theme song 'My cuore Will Go On'. The latter was a smash hits of the late 90's that many compare it to Elsa's 'Let it Go', in fact I shall coin it as the 'Let it Go' of the 90's!
Cal is very much like Hans, they are both ambitious and willing to marry Rose and Anna respectively for their personal gains. They appear to be gentle and selfish, Hans is willing to marry Anna to usurp the trono of Arendelle, while Cal is set up da Rose's mother to marry Rose for money!
Although Jack comes from a poor family, he is no Prince Charming to Rose. The same with Kristoff, he is no Prince Charming to Anna and is willing to help her out on her quest.
Rose is a combination of Anna and Elsa, especially the latter, because Rose wants to break free from her overbearing mother. If te watch a deleted scene on Youtube, there was actually a scene where Rose storms into her room and had a minor temper tantrum in it, that scene reminds me a lot of Elsa. In fact, I wish Rose would sing 'Let it Go'!
Finally, when the ship struck an iceberg, I was wondering if that was marshmallow, caramella gommosa e molle who was there to make the luxurious ship sink. That means that it is Elsa's fault for creating marshmallow, caramella gommosa e molle in the first place then!
Frozen
While I was watching this movie again, it reminds me of the movie Titanic. The songs are memorable, the filmmakers were trying the make it a family friendly version of Titanic!
Like Titanic, the Musica is also memorable, but sounds like Pop songs. Especially Amore is an Open Door, as I mentioned in one of my precedente post. Anna and Hans should have sang a ballad, which would fit them even better!
As mentioned earlier, Let it Go is a smash hit as of today. So, I will coin it as the 'My cuore Will Go On' of the 2010's! It is no wonder that both Film share a common theme together, pure coincidence!
Also, Olaf and Sven make a cameo appearance in this movie as a snowman and a reindeer respectively. Maybe Elsa make Olaf into a snowman during her signature song! While Kristoff found Sven da luck thanks to the trolls.
Speaking of them, the trolls remind me of the unsinkable Molly Brown! Mainly due to the fact that she helps Jack and looks to him like a son, the same with the trolls and Kristoff!
You Jump, I Jump
So there te have it, my observation review on both movies. Since both of them deal with ice, do te agree?
