She's bubbly, sweet, and isn't happy with her father's restrictions (Although we learn that there is very good reason for them in The Little Mermaid 3). Some detto that she was childish, immature, and wouldn't take the job seriously, and with her somewhat reckless decisions and selfishness, most agreed she would make the worst Queen out of the princesses.
