Gothel, after all, raised her like a mother for 18 years and for all those years Rapunzel not only believed she was her real mother but Gothel was pretty much the only person she communicated and interacted with, the only one she formed an emotional bond with. Of course when the secret was revealed and Rapunzel realized that Gothel betrayed her, stole her from her actual parents and emotionally pressured her for her whole life out of completely selfish reasons brainwashing her for the sake of making her stay in that tower, it was a great shock and I think she ended up hating Gothel in some way, especially after she "killed" Flynn, but at the same time it's impossible that she wouldn't miss her at least from time to time. Even when Gothel died she looked like she was sorry.

I think she might think about her sometimes despite that she wasn't really her mother.

The look on Rapunzel's face when Gothel fell out of the tower showed that she may still care about her, even after what she did to her. I bet Rapunzel still thinks about her a bit, since she did care for her for 18 years.

She misses who she thought she was.

Of course Gothel was her mother part of her life.

I'm sure she will. She was raised by Mother Gothel for 18 years.
