Anyway, I think the choices given aren't quite right.
Ariel would have been killed. Ursula didn't care about enslaving Ariel. She just wanted to trade away her freedom for Triton's. But Ariel fought her for this, and Ursula was about to kill Ariel for fighting when Eric defeated her.
Similarly, Jasmine would have been killed. Aladdin saved Jasmine just in time after defeating Jafar.
But these are open to interpretation, because they're really just side effects to the villain's main goal. In Snow White's case, killing the princess was the goal.
Cinderella - she may continue to be Lady Tremaine's servant, until perhaps she runs away or Lady Tremaine and her daughters die.
Aurora - she sleeps for 100 years, and who knows if Phillip survives till then? Perhaps he's dead already.
Ariel - she may become the weedy creature like in "Poor Unfortunate Souls." And she realizes it's because her fault that her father's kingdom is lost to Ursula. Eventually Ursula may kill her or leave her as the weedy creature.
Belle - her Beast dies, but it doesn't mean Belle will marry Gaston. She can just run away from him with her Papa. I don't think her fate is the worst at all.
Jasmine - Jafar may play with her as a toy, and if she keeps fighting him he may kill her, like in that sand-glass.
Pocahontas - Her people are mostly killed, and the Englishmen colonize her country.
Mulan - (agree with Jessikaroo) Much like Pocahontas' fate. Perhaps one day the Chinese revolt against the Huns.
Tiana - she will become a frog forever, and Naveen will be caged by Facilier and Lawrence so that his blood can be used. It's a lonely fate, but not so horrible, I think.
Rapunzel - she's used to living with Gothel, but now it will be different because she has met Flynn. She will be very lonely and sad, thinking of Flynn, but she has to live with Gothel, forever maybe, because Gothel won't die.
also mulan,jasmine,ariel,rapnzel.
then snow white.
then aurora, belle and tiana,cinderella.
anyway, nice question lightingred.
The main thing is that her best friend's dad would be dead and her best friend would be married to Lawrence...and probably killed as soon as the inheritance from her dad were completed. And Facilier's plan to use all this money to corrupt souls in New Orleans would be taking place.
Although honestly, it's hard to take Facilier's plan seriously. I think that he just came up with that weird plan to appease his "friends" on the other side. He never struck me as competent enough to actually pull off such an ambitious plan as to take over a whole city. I think he was just constantly desperate to come up with schemes to keep his "friends" off his back.
The big thing is that Mother Gothel would never ever ever have the same psychological hold over her, ever again. Rapunzel knows the truth, that she was never her mother and she had been lying to her about everything, and Rapunzel knew she was worth more than Gothel would ever admit. Rapunzel knew she was a better person than Gothel ever was.
So no, Gothel would never ever ever be able to push down Rapunzel's ego again, no matter what.
Also, Rapunzel would take solace in the fact that Eugene was still alive out there, somewhere. Even if they could never be together, she would be glad that he was alive. I know that might sound crazy to some of you, but maybe if you've ever been in love you'd understand.
