She's my 9th prettiest but I still think her looks are underrated, if that makes sense...

It think it's overrated

Just wondering how come, I always hear people say she just looks normal.

I guess, not really underrated, but misunderstood. Rapunzel is the only Princess so far which is purposely drawn with flaws...the freckles around the nose, the small gap in her teath, a certain akwardness in her movements. With her, the animators took full advantage of the medium used and the myriad of expressions which are possible with her. If you pay attention, you see that there are a lot of moments in which she is thoughtful or acts strongly, and suddenly she transforms from her more childlike look into something quite beautiful and feminine...the more she believes in herself, the more beautiful she looks, especially at the very end of the movie, when she stand up to Gothel, and after she becomes Princess.
Because of this, I dislike to rate her with the other princesses...since the goal was different, the result isn't really comparable.

She's pretty. Her looks are not overrated or underrated. Some thinki she's out of this world gorgeous and others think she's average.

Yeah but most people think she's average. Just like Snow White, a lot have her at the bottom of the prettiest list but some think she really is the fairest of them all. So she would be underrated for them.

Everyone have different view,but they must prove.

Hmm a it i suppose. Since I don't find her that beautiful in the first place but there are so many people who find her beautiful, I think she';s fine where she is.

She's my second most beautiful.. but a lot of people are more into the traditionally drawn look maybe? I've never put much thought into what other people may think of her appearence

She is not on the top of my "most beautiful" list, but she is undoubtedly and incredibly underrated in terms of how underestimated and underappreciated the detailisation of her features, memes and expressions is, mainly because most people are still prejudiced against Disney using this medium in their animation of princesses. The gorgeousness of the effortfully animated facial expressions of hers and even her little but charming flaws such as freckles and ovebite is truly breathtaking and people tend to just overlook it and consider those little details to be a "distraction" from a classical princess beauty that she possesses.
