The two best voices I've ever heard in my entire life! However, no one is ever going to beat Judy Garland! Her voice is the most beautiful thing I've heard in my entire life and I never get tired of hearing it. Her voice is powerful but she doesn't push the air out or show off like a lot of other singers, she sounds like an angel, and she not only sings the notes but also brings the song to life and tells a story.
