Rapunzel/Flynn=first time they got interrupted because Flynn noticed the Stabbington brothers glowering in the night. He knew he had to give the crown to them. Second time-well, it was mostly to trick Gothel, but when Flynn told Rapunzel to lean toward him, she leaned toward him close enough so he could cut her hair in order to free her.

Ariel/Eric=first time they were interrupted was because Flotsam and Jetsam tipped the boat over. Second time was because the sun set on the third day and Ariel turned back into a mermaid in front of shocked Eric.
