Hello, Disney fans. I have written an articolo with my superiore, in alto fifty Disney classic songs, as well as my preferito five songs from non-classic Disney Film and Disney sequels. Many obscure songs have quite high rankings on my rank, and several very popolare songs are omitted entirely on my list, so sometimes if te are looking for a certain song, te won’t find it here! Anyway, here are my lists.

superiore, in alto Five Sequel Songs

5. For A Moment (The Little Mermaid II)
4. We Are One (The Lion King II)
3. I Didn’t Know That I Could Feel This Way (Lady and the Tramp II)
2. My Lullaby (The Lion King II)
1. Always There (Lady and the Tramp II)

Honorable Mentions: A World Without Fences (Lady and the Tramp II), più than a Dream (Cinderella III), Stories (Beauty and the Beast II)

superiore, in alto Five Non-Classic Songs

5. te Got A Friend in Me (Toy Story)
4. A Spoonful of Sugar (Mary Poppins)
3. When She Loved Me (Toy Story 2)
2. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (Mary Poppins)
1. Chim Chim Cheree (Mary Poppins)

Honorable Mentions: Beautiful Briny Sea (Bedknobs and Broomsticks)

On to the classics...

50. That’s What Friends Are For (The Jungle Book)
“That’s what Friends are for…”-Shere Khan

What I like most about this song is the light tone it takes about friendship all of a sudden to the evil tones and arrival of Shere Khan. That moment is a classic!

49. Heaven’s Light (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
“It must be heaven’s light!”- Quasimodo

This song is a hopeful song that directly contrasts with the theme of another song, but while this song is optimistic, it turns into a sad theme later on in the movie when Esmeralda is found out to not Amore Quasimodo.

48. rosa Elephants on Parade (Dumbo)
“Pink Elephants…pink elephants…”-Singer

This song is just one word if te ask me: creepy. That’s why I like the song, and I really like the visual graphics in rosa Elephants.

47. te Can Fly (Peter Pan)
“Every dream that te dream will come true”- Singer

te Can Fly is an optimistic song that screams vintage Disney. It is cheery and optimistic, and is a very fun song in general, which fits in with the rest of the movie.

46. Cruella De Vil (101 Dalmatians)
“At first te think Cruella is a devil”- Roger

This song is creepy and shivery, but is humorous at the same time, and it pretty much sums up one of Disney’s most evil villains.

45. I Wanna Be Like te (The Jungle Book)
“I wanna be like you-u-u”- King Louie

Jazzy and amazingly cool, I Wanna Be Like te is very conforming with The Jungle Book. The jazzy tones of this song are unforgettable, and one could recognize this song within a couple secondi of it.

44. Arabian Nights (Aladdin)
“Arabian Nights…and Arabian Days!”- Singer

Arabian Nights is a very catchy song-within a few seconds, it is easy to be hooked. The reddish desert backgrounds in this song are very vivid.

43. Gaston (Beauty and the Beast)
“It is true I got biceps to spare”- Gaston

A villain song, but not like many others, because instead of describing their plan like in Be Prepared, this song is all about Gaston’s arrogance and supposed superiority within the town. Almost più memorable than the words though, are Gaston’s behaviors in the song, including expanding his muscles and shooting his gun.

42. The Siamese Cat Song (Lady and the Tramp)
“We are Siamese if te please”- Si and Am

This villain song is really creepy, but easily addictive in Si and Am’s only appearance in the film. The first line is creepy, and this song is much like rosa Elephants is that it is addictively creepy.

41. Just Around the Riverbend (Pocahontas)
“Should I marry Kocoum?”- Pocahontas

This song shows off Pocahontas’s personality, but also shows her two paths of life ahead- the riverbend in her life.

40. Topsy Turvy (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
“ a Topsy Turvy day!”- Clopin

This song is a fast-paced interesting song, but it is somewhat sad as it is in the Feast of Fools. Of course, it is funny to see all of the chaos in the scene.

39. Dalmatian Plantation (101 Dalmatians)
“Where our population can roam”-Roger

Spunky, cheerful, and a good ending, our composer Roger won’t fail to entertain with his short and sweet finale which tells te that all one hundred four in the house will have a happy life.

38. Amore is a Song (Bambi)
“Love is a song that never ends”- Singer

A classic song that is unforgettable, this song is beautiful and marks a great introduction into the movie.

37. What is a Baby/ La La Lu (Lady and the Tramp)
“Oh what is a baby, I must find out today!”- Lady

While diviso, spalato up into two segments, this song is a nice, pleasant soothing song that is very adaptable as a lullaby in real life, and is very effective at calming.

36. Why Should I Worry (Oliver and Company)
“I’ve got strada, via savoir-faire!”- Dodger

Talk about an antonym, this song has almost nothing in common with What is A Baby. While the prior one was relaxed, this song is a peppy, quick song that could serve very well as an alarm clock. And it is sung da probably the coolest of all Disney characters!

35. The orso Necessities (The Jungle Book)
“The orso necessities of life will come to you”- Baloo

This song pretty much shows off Baloo’s personality: funloving, easy going, and totally unstressed. Mowgli’s comic failures during this song help make relaxed Baloo very fun in this song.

34. Out There (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
“I’ll have spent one giorno out there!”- Quasimodo

A very inspirational and serious song, this shows us Quasimodo’s curiosity and longing to go into the outside world out of his campana, bell tower.

33. Under the Sea (The Little Mermaid)
“Under the sea!!!!!!!!!!!! Under the sea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”- Sebastian

A jolly song sung da Sebastian, this song is trying to convince Ariel to stay under the sea. However, very unlike Frollo’s song above, Sebastian has a totally different tactic to try to prevent curiousity- a fun song!

32. Goodbye May Seem Forever (The volpe and the Hound)
“But in my heart, the memory, and there, you’ll always be”- Singer

Sob…sob…sob…possibly the very saddest moment of all classics. This song is very sad to describe. When te listen to this, just get the tissues ready.

31. So This Is Amore (Cinderella)
“I’m all aglow… mmmmm…”- Cinderella

Cenerentola is having the time of her life in this song, and this romantic song makes te feel really happy for Cinderella, now that she is finally out of the clutches of Lady Tremaine… for a bit.

30. The Mob Song (Beauty and the Beast)
“We’re counting on Gaston to lead the way…”- Villagers

This song is evil, but is addicting! Gaston manages to be very charismatic with this song, and if te didn’t know about the movie, it would be easy to chant, “Kill the Beast!” with him because this is addictive!

29. Be Prepared (The Lion King)
“Be prepared for sen-SAY-tional news…”- Scar

Creepy song that really captures Scar’s clever and evil personality well, particularly when Jeremy Irons sings it…then it is really evil.

28. Scales and Arpeggios (The Aristocats)
“You will find your progress is encouraging…”-Berlioz

This song is simple, yet generally happy. It is funny in the beginning when bratty Marie sings, but it gets much più beautiful when Duchess supplies her soft, beautiful voice into the mix.

27. Whistle While te Work (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
“When hearts are high the time will fly so whistle while te work!”- Snow White

A classic Disney song with Snow White’s high pitched cute voice, Snow White shows her fondness for cleaning and her natural leadership over the animali in this song.

26. Can te Feel The Amore Tonight (The Lion King)
“Why won’t he be the king I know he is, the king I see inside?”- Nala

This song has two parts- first, Simba and Nala’s wonderings about what the other one is thinking and feeling. Then come the classic romantic parts, and da then te do know that Simba and Nala are in love.

25. I Won’t Say I’m In Amore (Hercules)
“No chance! No way!”- Megara

A complete opposite of some of Disney’s Amore songs, this Amore song is actually a solo. And this song stands out because it is about Megara’s efforts to resist falling in love, only to find herself in the same position as the rest of Disney’s lover heroines.

24. When te Wish Upon A stella, star (Pinocchio)
“When te wish upon a star”- Jiminy Cricket

What could be the penultimate Disney song, I adore this song because of the gentle way Jiminy sings it. A very pleasant tune and is one of Disney’s nicest optimistic songs, and is certainly an all time classic- and understandably deserves to be so.

23. I Bring te A Song (Bambi)
“When you’re looking at me, that I’m looking for love”- Faline

An oft-forgotten Amore song from one of Disney’s earliest films, this song is più slow and less fun than many of its successors, but this Amore song is really a classic, complete with the background singers that are a staple of Disney’s early films.

22. Poor Unfortunate Souls (The Little Mermaid)
“Take a gulp and take a breath and go ahead and sign the scroll”- Ursula

This is an interesting villain song, and Ursula has a very sneaky voice, te could tell during the song that she’s up to something wrong, but she’s clever enough to sneak her evil around and manipulate Ariel with it. Ursula’s actions during this song are hilarious, particularly when she talks about “body language”!

21. With A Smile and a Song (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
“And life flows along…with a smile and a song!”- Snow White

This song does a very good job at introducing a key aspect of Snow White’s character- her eternal optimism. The cheery words of this song are very happy, and this is a song that has a moral that should be practiced.

20. Everybody Wants to Be A Cat (The Aristocats)
“Beneath the alley’s only light…Where every note is out of sight!” Thomas and Duchess

Jazzy and cute, this song from The Aristocats shows the film at its finest. This song is really neat, and very jazzy. The multiple singers, from Thomas’s to Duchess’s to Marie’s, make this a diverse songs, and the bright colori and wide variety of instruments make this an exciting song.

19. Hellfire (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
“Beata Maria, te know I’ve been a righteous man…”- Frollo

My preferito of all the villain songs is really creepy. And it shows pure hypocrisy, Frollo’s actions mostra that he is definitely not a righteous man! The visual affects of this song are creepy, with heavy emphasis of black and red and the background singers of this song are creepy.

18. Oh, Sing Sweet Nightingale (Cinderella)
“Sing sweet nightingale, high above me…”- Drizella and Cinderella

There are two parts of this song, and they are polar opposites. The first part is comedic, with Drizella trying to “sing”, and the secondo part shows Cenerentola gorgeously Canto in a beautiful manner. I Amore the bubbles that come out of the bucket as Cenerentola is washing the floor.

17. Prince Ali (Aladdin)
“Hey you! Let us through, it’s a bright new star!”- Genie

What happens when te combine regality with comedy? The answer is this unforgettable song. The multiple forms of the Genie make this song peculiarly funny, and the look on Jafar’s face once the crowd enters the palace is priceless!

16. Heigh Ho (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
“Heigh-ho! Heigh-ho! It’s off to work we go!”- The dwarfs

The dwarfs signature song in the movie shows what they do all the time. With their mining skills and clangs, the dwarfs first talk about their activities in the mine. Then the dwarfs say “Heigh-ho”, and I think we all know what happens next.

15. A Whole New World (Aladdin)
“I can mostra te the world,”- Aladdin

This very romantic song has sky-high backgrounds and a very uplifting melody, yet this song fits plenty of comedic elements in it. The themes of discovery that are present in the movie are present in the movie, and this is a very beautiful song; it certainly deserves the fame it gets.

14. I Just Can’t Wait To Be King (The Lion King)
“We’ll do it all my way!”- Simba

This song shows the young and naïve Simba Canto about his supposed dreams of completely doing things the way he wanted to. Too bad his life worked in such unfortunate events right after that song...anyway, it is a very spunky song that fully shows the personality of the young prideland king.

13. I’m Wishing (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
“Make a wish into the well, that’s all te have to do”- Snow White

Snow White is shown here Canto about her dreams and ideals with her future husband. Little did she know that when she was Canto this that her true Amore was… anyway, a sweet simple song with a nice echo effect in it that makes I’m Wishing stand out from other songs.

12. cerchio of Life (The Lion King)
“Through despair, and hope… through faith and love!”- Singer

cerchio of Life is supremely epic and is a song that sends shivers down my spine. The scene of Simba’s birth is absolutely beautiful, and the singer is totally priceless! This song is a true wonder in my opinion.

11. Part of Your World (Reprise) (The Little Mermaid)
“I don’t know when, I don’t know how, but I know something’s starting right now!”- Ariel

I absolutely adore this song from The Little Mermaid. And I know it may be a bit odd, but I prefer the reprise of this song to the original. The reason is that Ariel is very strong when she states, “something’s starting right now!” and “world!” at the end, along with the wave at the end of the song. A true wonder!

10. Perfect Isn’t Easy (Oliver and Company)
“Not for my vanity, but for humanity”- Georgette

Among the most stunning introductions of a Disney character, this song is often overlooked. The song is filled with the star’s arrogance, but after all, she is perfection! This cheerful and upbeat song features Georgette in all her funny ways in her display of “perfection”.

9. Be Our Guest (Beauty and the Beast)
“Course da course, one da one!”- Lumiere

This song is supremely full of awe and fits the stunning film of Beauty and the Beast. Cheerful and light-hearted, this song shows the Canto prowess of Lumiere. The dancing tableware is very entertaining, and this irresistible song really does make it sure as te are the guest to Lumiere’s party!

8. Once Upon A Dream (Sleeping Beauty)
“You loved me at once, the way te did once upon a dream”- Aurora

This romantic duet is a very sweet but comical song, and is generally a soft and happy song that directly contrasts with successivo scenes of the movie. Aurora’s multiple aspects of beauty are seen throughout the song, and we see one of the most delightful dances of any Disney classic.

7. Beauty and the Beast (Beauty and the Beast)
“Tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme, beauty and the beast!”- Mrs. Potts

With the famous ballroom scene taking place during this delightful song, this is among the most romantic moments in any Disney classic. Mrs. Potts has a very pleasant Canto voice, and the slow and romantic tone of this song fits the moment beautifully and is certainly unforgettable.

6. Bella Notte (Lady and the Tramp)
“This is the night, and the heavens are right, on this lovely bella notte!”- Tony

This song is a real charmer, and is extremely enchanting and romantic. With the spaghetti on screen, Bella Notte paints a very soft picture and the sparkles in Lady’s eyes in the darkness are priceless. The accordion and Joe’s Canto only add to the romantic atmosphere.

5. A Dream is A Wish Your cuore Makes (Cinderella)
“If te keep believing, the dream that te wish will come true.”- Cinderella

A beautiful song which emphasizes the good voice of Cinderella, and the soothing and kind Musica really befit the gentle and sweet Cenerentola and her endless idealism. Cinderella’s goals are outlined in this song, and this song is a timeless and soothing classic.

4. colori of the Wind (Pocahontas)
“Have te ever heard the lupo cry to the blue corned moon.”- Pocahontas

Pocahontas’s song telling us to paint with all the colori of the wind is absolutely beautiful. The way Pocahontas emphasizes certain words and sings is really pronounced in this song. The leaves and epic Musica in the background only add to the total beauty of one of the most distinctive songs of the classics.

3. He’s A Tramp (Lady and the Tramp)
“He’s a tramp, he’s a scoundrel, he’s a rounder, he’s a cad.”- Peg

The jazz and mellow cheerfulness of this song contrast with the harsh words that Peg is saying in this song, but this song has a really addicting beat that could very easily be heard in the background. Peg is also a really superb singer, and the relaxed, cool way that Peg walks around in her cage shows the distinction of this song.

2. Some giorno My Prince Will Come (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
“And away to his castello I’ll go! To be happy forever I know!”- Snow White

Snow White’s song shows her dreams of true Amore and meeting her prince, and this song is very interesting for its very large range of notes in the song, mostrare Snow White’s very high-pitched voice in all of its glory. This romantic song and the dwarf’s reactions make this song very recognizable.

1. Belle (Reprise) (Beauty and the Beast)
“No sir, not me, I guarantee it, I want much più than this provincial life!”- Belle

My preferito of all Disney songs is actually a reprise to another song in the movie, but there are so many things in this song which make it my preferito of all Disney songs. Belle makes her desire for adventure clear in this song, and it is very clear she doesn’t want to be stuck with Gaston. I Amore the way that Belle twirls around here, as well as the scenery, as well as when she sings“I want much più than this provincial life,” are all contributing factors to make this my preferito Disney song.

Honorable Mentions: Appreciate the Lady (The volpe and the Hound), Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Cenerentola (Cinderella), Friend Like Me (Aladdin), God Help the Outcasts (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), The Silly Song (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)
